Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

Seb was great from start to finish. Messaged on Facebook and he promptly came to check on the problems we had in our bathroom. Gave us great advice and completed all the work to a great standard. Came back the following week to do some extra work in our kitchen which was again done to a great standard. Charges a very very reasonable hourly rate and uses quality products and leaves a high quality finish. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

From an initial enquiry about my dad's existing boiler, to a visit to quote for a replacement and other plumbing work- we now have a great new boiler with a smart thermostat (smarter than us!). Gregg gave sound, unbiased advice, and talked us through what the installation would entail. On the day of installation, Greg and Alex were on time and the installation went smoothly- even though it required some framework to be built into the roof to accommodate the chimney which was not there before. They left the place as clean as they found it, and then came back to explain and help set up the IT tech for the thermostat on our phones (with great patience I must add!). Thank you so much, would highly recommend Greg and his company. Customer service is always key for us personally, and they deliver it in droves.

We just used Staunch & Flow for a second time. This time for a boiler service. I was pleased that the engineer they sent was Fergus who had come on the previous visit and was exceptionally polite, friendly and efficient as was the apprentice he brought with him. Fergus arrived on time and got straight to work, explaining what he was doing and seemed very conscientious. Choosing a plumber or gas engineer can be a minefiled but I don’t hesitate to recommend this small company.

Staunch and Flow provided a top notch, professional service. They responded quickly when I contacted them, confirmed the appointment and then handled the call/repair with great competence and knowledge. Lloyd was friendly, explained the problem clearly and had a pragmatic and helpful solution. I had a problem with my 6x4 Aga and he was completely familiar with the model and his diagnosis was swift and accurate. I could not have asked for a more helpful technician. In past, Staunch and Flow has also helped with a leaking radiator, installing a gas line and repairing the waste disposal. They have been consistently polite, efficient and reliable.

I had the pleasure to work with Sam and Lloyd on many projects over the years. I can honestly say they are the best people I ever had the pleasure to deal with. Since the first time I spoke to Sam, he put my mind at ease straight away, showing knowledge and already giving me an idea of the possible causes to the plumbing issue I had. Lloyd knows his stuff about plumbing and heating and he’s one of the few people left in London who can get your Aga or Rayburn up and running again. Is rare to find professionals with such knowledge and understating of your system and appliances and I will definitely not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing, heating or any general building work carried out. If 6 stars was an option, they definitely deserve it.

I had two leaking radiators and new flooring ready to be fitted within days of detecting the problems. After calling round many plumbers and trying to find the best option, David was a breath of fresh air to speak with. Not only was he able to get someone out the fastest, but he was also the most competitive in price. What was really appreciated was that David was able to offer a fixed price for worst case scenario which was really reassuring. Mick who came out to do the work was very professional and had everything sorted in no time. He was clearly experienced, made no mess, and really took the time to check everything over before leaving. Again I was reassured by Mick that if anything wasn't quite right with the repair they'd come straight back out to fix it. Top class customer service, quality of work and I'd definitely recommend them. Next time I have any need for a plumber or heating services in the future, these guys will be my first choice.

Fitted a new tap and copper pipe in my kitchen. David was on time and very professional. I had to be somewhere else in an emergency so paid David upfront and gave him spare keys to lock up after he was done. Honest and trustworthy. Excellent job and very pleased. I can highly recommend this plumber. He arrived within the two hour time slot that was given, we had a broken kitchen tap.He asked me to choose a new one, then he went to collect it, returning later that same day to replace and fit the new mixer tap and also repaired pipe work under the sink. And such a good job too! Reasonably priced, reliable, left our home clean and tidy. Amazing 🤩

Nathan has helped me with various small issues in my flat before, and when my underfloor heating stopped working, he quickly identified the problem. He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive. Nathan is very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. He patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly checked that everything was working perfectly before he left. After a boiler fail and phoning numerous heating engineers not getting a answer Steve picked up the phone straight and said calmly he happily take look.(Even I was a bit annoyed at the problem ). He came out next day (Friday )and said if want new combi boiler in same position I can this can it tomorrow with in hour came back and ask if wanted it done now and started fitting straight away.(As he said to his staff members he rearrange his jobs withe theirs and free some upto for himself). Fitted the boiler at a nice competitive price. And when I another one of his colleagues came he was just as polite. If you need a new boiler fitting the I can highly recommend Steve and his team as he checked all his work the taps etc and I have no issues or anything.happy with his work Like I said earlier do phone Steve and his team for anything as he does answer the phone and am sure you won't regret it. We've been very happy with Steve & the Robinsons team previously fitting a new boiler for us and servicing our boiler in a rental property, so I called him when my elderly parents required a valve replacement on a radiator that was leaking. Steve was really understanding and managed to get to them later that afternoon. Polite, friendly, professional and really importantly (yet something that sadly is lacking in many people) he is very communicative. I was given a Time slot in a very short notice and very fast availability. I was very lucky to have been put in contact with Chris (I live in Maida Vale) who called to make sure I was at home. Also, he took the time to explain me few details and I really appreciate that, considering that you pay a certain price but he delivered an excellent service, exceeding my expectations. He was able to understand a problem that was hidden and not very much visible. He was very honest, in a sense that he delivered a report without pushing for an option or another, but simply explained the situation and what should be actioned. Thanks a lot

From stat to finish I couldn’t be happier. I called with an urgent carpentry job. To cut the legs and ladder down on my daughter’s high sleeper. Which we had tried and it had gone wrong so was unsafe. The person I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful. He arranged a carpenter to come out that same day. Rhys turned up with a courtesy call before arriving. He was very professional and very friendly. He completed the job within 1 hour. I have already told friends and family about my experience and how easy and quick they responded.
