Found an issue with our boiler on Wednesday morning, no heating or hot water. Called GR and Gregg responded same day to diagnose the problem. Within 24 hrs he was back to fit a replacement water pump and get the heating and hot water back on again. In this day and age of some questionable tradesmen I can honestly say Gregg provided an excellent quality service at a good price. Highly recommended and my go to for heating and plumbing issues in the future.

From an initial enquiry about my dad's existing boiler, to a visit to quote for a replacement and other plumbing work- we now have a great new boiler with a smart thermostat (smarter than us!). Gregg gave sound, unbiased advice, and talked us through what the installation would entail. On the day of installation, Greg and Alex were on time and the installation went smoothly- even though it required some framework to be built into the roof to accommodate the chimney which was not there before. They left the place as clean as they found it, and then came back to explain and help set up the IT tech for the thermostat on our phones (with great patience I must add!). Thank you so much, would highly recommend Greg and his company. Customer service is always key for us personally, and they deliver it in droves.

I have used staunch and flow a few times now over the last year or so for various issues and I wanted to leave a review because of my experience today. I had an emergency so i rang and the phone was answered by a pleasant lady, (I needed someone almost immediately) she did have to check with an engineer that he could attend at such short notice, which he did. He arrived and fixed my problem without any fuss. I will recommend and happily use again

We just used Staunch & Flow for a second time. This time for a boiler service. I was pleased that the engineer they sent was Fergus who had come on the previous visit and was exceptionally polite, friendly and efficient as was the apprentice he brought with him. Fergus arrived on time and got straight to work, explaining what he was doing and seemed very conscientious. Choosing a plumber or gas engineer can be a minefiled but I don’t hesitate to recommend this small company.

I had the pleasure to work with Sam and Lloyd on many projects over the years. I can honestly say they are the best people I ever had the pleasure to deal with. Since the first time I spoke to Sam, he put my mind at ease straight away, showing knowledge and already giving me an idea of the possible causes to the plumbing issue I had. Lloyd knows his stuff about plumbing and heating and he’s one of the few people left in London who can get your Aga or Rayburn up and running again. Is rare to find professionals with such knowledge and understating of your system and appliances and I will definitely not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing, heating or any general building work carried out. If 6 stars was an option, they definitely deserve it.

I can highly recommend this plumber. He arrived within the two hour time slot that was given, we had a broken kitchen tap.He asked me to choose a new one, then he went to collect it, returning later that same day to replace and fit the new mixer tap and also repaired pipe work under the sink. And such a good job too! Reasonably priced, reliable, left our home clean and tidy. Amazing 🤩

I had to be somewhere else in an emergency so paid David upfront and gave him spare keys to lock up after he was done. Honest and trustworthy. Excellent job and very pleased. I had two leaking radiators and new flooring ready to be fitted within days of detecting the problems. After calling round many plumbers and trying to find the best option, David was a breath of fresh air to speak with. Not only was he able to get someone out the fastest, but he was also the most competitive in price. What was really appreciated was that David was able to offer a fixed price for worst case scenario which was really reassuring. Mick who came out to do the work was very professional and had everything sorted in no time. He was clearly experienced, made no mess, and really took the time to check everything over before leaving. Again I was reassured by Mick that if anything wasn't quite right with the repair they'd come straight back out to fix it. Top class customer service, quality of work and I'd definitely recommend them. Next time I have any need for a plumber or heating services in the future, these guys will be my first choice.

He was so helpful, ran through safety checks with us and explained all aspects of his work super clearly to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. Our boiler had stopped working after losing water pressure, with the tap unable to open due to wear. Nathan had done a great job fixing our underfloor heating pump a few years previously so we were pleased to have him back. He came promptly, fixed the issue, and kindly showed us an additional tap we can use to top up the pressure if the problem recurs.

The first thing to say is that I found Steve's details on the list of accredited Worcester-Bosch installers. Why is this important? Because, only the accredited installers grant the long guarantees, so if Steve and his team install your W-B, you get the maximum length guarantee. I contacted Steve (and others) about replacing an ailing combi and re-siting it to the garage; Steve was by far the most responsive. I also obtained online quotes and Steve's was competitive against these. I chose Steve based on him being local, competitive and responsive. He was able to offer an installation date within a week of the quote; this was important to us as at the time (January 2021), it was cold and we had only intermittent heating and hot water. His team did all the work within one day (as stated) and did a good job tidying afterwards. Would I recommend him? Yes, unhesitatingly.

After a boiler fail and phoning numerous heating engineers not getting a answer Steve picked up the phone straight and said calmly he happily take look.(Even I was a bit annoyed at the problem ). He came out next day (Friday )and said if want new combi boiler in same position I can this can it tomorrow with in hour came back and ask if wanted it done now and started fitting straight away.(As he said to his staff members he rearrange his jobs withe theirs and free some upto for himself). Fitted the boiler at a nice competitive price. And when I another one of his colleagues came he was just as polite. If you need a new boiler fitting the I can highly recommend Steve and his team as he checked all his work the taps etc and I have no issues or anything.happy with his work Like I said earlier do phone Steve and his team for anything as he does answer the phone and am sure you won't regret it. We've been very happy with Steve & the Robinsons team previously fitting a new boiler for us and servicing our boiler in a rental property, so I called him when my elderly parents required a valve replacement on a radiator that was leaking. Steve was really understanding and managed to get to them later that afternoon. Polite, friendly, professional and really importantly (yet something that sadly is lacking in many people) he is very communicative. I was given a Time slot in a very short notice and very fast availability. I was very lucky to have been put in contact with Chris (I live in Maida Vale) who called to make sure I was at home. Also, he took the time to explain me few details and I really appreciate that, considering that you pay a certain price but he delivered an excellent service, exceeding my expectations. He was able to understand a problem that was hidden and not very much visible. He was very honest, in a sense that he delivered a report without pushing for an option or another, but simply explained the situation and what should be actioned. Thanks a lot

Same day response when my boiler broke on the coldest day of the year. A nice chap called Leand arrived and fixed it quickly as well as giving me some good longer-term advice on boiler maintenance. Pimlico is not a cheap option but the response time and quality of the service was definitely worth it for me
