Michael changed all taps in our home for modern mixers, as well as replaced 2 hand wash sinks. He provided full solution from removing old equipment, to getting the materials (nice design and high quality) and the spare parts, and doing the full installation. He works fast, goes the extra mile (he tiled a section of the wall and re-applied fresh silicon joints for free, outside of the initial quote) and leaves the home perfectly clean. We couldn’t be happier and we recommande him warmly

We were having non stop problems with the pressure in our boiler dropping and our previous plumber had suggested a leak in the system. We did a couple of leak block treatments and nothing seemed to really improve and a costly trace and access approach was suggested. I spoke to Michael and immediately after a couple of emails and a phone call he diagnosed something different. I was on a tight timescale and he had limited availability but I decided to wait and have him come over. I'm glad I did!! He was so thorough. Performed a ton of tests that our previous plumber hadn't done, found a couple of faulty parts, sourced them, replaced them, got the whole system up and running and now 2 months later it is rock solid. Absolutely brilliant plumber and a top guy as well. Highly recommended!!! 10/10

We had a faulty tap and after switching the water off it caused a leak through our ceiling. Michael visited within the hour (as he was in the area) and replaced the tap and valves quickly and efficiently and it works great now. He also noticed that the boiler pressure was too high so sorted this as well. Very friendly and professional, great service, would definitely recommend

Green energy homes managed the entire plumbing and heating works for our full home renovation. This included 4 bathrooms, underfloor heating for the entire downstairs and radiators for the top two floors. We used Green Energy Homes as part of a major renovation project which required them to work effectively with other groups of tradesmen. They did this to a high degree of competence and ensured there were no delays or distractions in the overall cost and timing of the project. Their responsibility was for a complete new heating system and the design and installation of three bathrooms. Their workmanship was excellent,they gave practical and helpful advice on design issues, and they also displayed considerable skills in supplier negotiations which saved us a considerable sum of money. They are well worth their reputation as an excellent company.

Jake arrived on time, was friendly and did a great job. The leak was resolved and replacement fitted in an hour.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Jamil arrived promptly and sorted our heating and water during freezing winter. My boiler was under a year warranty and not from any gas engineer but it was installed by British Gas. They don’t have direct contact no for emergencies and just AI communication. I had eight moths old child in my house. Thanks to Jamil for helping us promptly.

Great company to deal with. The communication from Lisa was prompt friendly and helpful. For some jobs it’s more important to know someone is coming over on the day they are due than to have them right away and it was great not to be leaving hundreds of messages just to get a reply like some plumbers. Oz himself was friendly polite and helpful too and Lisa gave us updates close to the time on when he would come so we could plan our day. The work (change a shower valve in a bar shower and service a combo boiler) was completed quickly and to a good standard from what I can see. The price was very fair. Ozan worked all day without a break to install my new boiler, arriving on time and leaving late after a hard day’s work but not before cleaning up thoroughly after himself. When he went upstairs to check the radiators he even took his shoes off without being asked, which I think says a lot about how he respects a customer’s home.
