Really quick and helpful service! Couldn’t recommend them more! Called at about 5:30pm and had a plumber here by 7:30. He fixed the problem super quickly and was totally charming.

The engineer was very friendly, diagnosed the problem quickly, came back to fix the issue once parts were sourced. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some good advice for future maintenance. Also left things neat and tidy. Would recommend this service.

Ozan worked all day without a break to install my new boiler, arriving on time and leaving late after a hard day’s work but not before cleaning up thoroughly after himself. When he went upstairs to check the radiators he even took his shoes off without being asked, which I think says a lot about how he respects a customer’s home. He also explained patiently how the boiler and thermostat work, as well as answering my many questions as he worked. Lisa is great on the admin side, too. I’m very pleased I found this company

Great company to deal with. The communication from Lisa was prompt friendly and helpful. For some jobs it’s more important to know someone is coming over on the day they are due than to have them right away and it was great not to be leaving hundreds of messages just to get a reply like some plumbers. Oz himself was friendly polite and helpful too and Lisa gave us updates close to the time on when he would come so we could plan our day. The work (change a shower valve in a bar shower and service a combo boiler) was completed quickly and to a good standard from what I can see. The price was very fair. Five stars and I would definitely use them again!

I had an excellent experience with A&E plumbing&Gas 24/7 when they came to fix my shower heating knob. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. He is prompt, professional, and very thorough in diagnosing the issue. The plumber gone out of his way to source a new shower fitting and solutions. Aneil was so helpful from start to finish when I had issues with my boiler, as soon as I called him he was giving me advice on how to control the situation before he could get out to me. He did a great job, he was super friendly and professional and I would highly recommend. He's a genuinely nice person, super efficient and cleaned up everything after the job.

Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

We’ve used Steve and his team a few times now, for boiler services in the past and most recently to replace radiators today. Steve is always helpful and responsive and Dave did a great job today.

Green energy homes managed the entire plumbing and heating works for our full home renovation. They did this to a high degree of competence and ensured there were no delays or distractions in the overall cost and timing of the project. Their responsibility was for a complete new heating system and the design and installation of three bathrooms. Their workmanship was excellent,they gave practical and helpful advice on design issues, and they also displayed considerable skills in supplier negotiations which saved us a considerable sum of money. They are well worth their reputation as an excellent company.

I called heat flow after 7pm and the engineer came with in 30 min to an 1 hour. On arrival he was polite and understanding as I was stressed about my heating all day. The prices where affordable considering the emergency call out quotes I got from other companies. He fixed a leak in my radiator and sensor in my boiler. Now I have heating back on for the winter and cosey nights again. Thank you heat Flow I'll definitely recommend this company.

Great professional service. The gentleman VJ was very knowledgeable punctual and professional with the services offered. Came out to fix a boiler for me and replace two radiators and fix a leak under the kitchen sink. All jobs done in a matter of hours to a very professional standard and reasonable rates. I called for an issue with a recent nest thermostat installation that was faulty. Ry came onsite promptly ans was able to quickly deduce the problem and fixing accordingly.

Had a bad blockage between a neighbours and my kitchen waste pipes, called AM PM Plumbing and had it sorted 24 hours later. The plumber (think his name is Dave) arrived exactly on time and was friendly, courteous and had our kitchen sinks emptying normally again after about half an hour. Great service and very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend them if you ever need any plumbing issues sorted out!

AM PM were tremendous last week. We had an issue with our mains supply - a lead pipe that quite suddenly burst over a weekend, and the insurance company's emergency call-out could only shut the water off, as the pipe was incredibly difficult to access and work with. True to the other positive reviews here, Dave took my call between other jobs - but the moment I said 'we've been without water for 3 days' he said he'd make a call, move somethings around and try to come over to take a look immediately to at least assess our options and give guidance. He was at our house 15 minutes later. He explained a few different routes we could take, suggested which one he'd go with to get water back on asap with minimum damage to the property. He then spent his time working to make sure he had fully traced the issue and made it so that he could access the pipe and leak, explaining what he was doing as he went. The next morning he returned with his excellent plumbing partner (also called Dave) and 2.5 hours later we had water restored. Highly recommended for cost, approach, behaviour, attitude.
