Highly recommend Dave (Chigwell Servicing Centre). My Hyundai Ioniq failed its MOT at Hyundai service centre for faulty brakes which resulted in a quote of around £3000 to repair (I was advised that the ABS pump needed replacing). I called Chigwell Servicing Centre and Dave was so helpful and clearly did not want to be influenced by Hyundai’s recommendation and booked me in the next day to do his own diagnostic assessment. He was super knowledgeable and patient with explaining the basics of how brakes in a hybrid works and why he did not believe there was anything wrong with the car. His guy did the MOT and indeed there was nothing wrong with the car because the car passed MOT!. I’m so grateful that I met Dave and his team. Truly a rare find in the world of servicing garages/mechanics. Thank you Dave!

Excellent Service from Buzby’s Garage I recently had a fantastic experience with Buzby’s Garage when my car battery died. I couldn’t even get the car to the garage, but when I called, they offered a very reasonable price and went above and beyond to help. They sent someone out to my house to jump-start the car, and then took it to the garage for me. The best part? They dropped the car back off at my house and took payment over the phone, which made the whole process incredibly convenient. To top it all off, they even fixed my headlight and topped up my washer fluid without me having to ask. The team at Buzby’s Garage truly exceeded my expectations with their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance.

Mount cars went above and beyond to transport my blind daughter to and from uni - for five weeks they ensured all drivers were fully briefed about her disability, special mention for Dan who did most of the taxi runs, very professional. We always felt safe with Mount. Huge thanks to the duty managers in the call centre too.

Mr. Clutch is one stop shop for all your car repairs. The Chingford branch have provided the best level of customer service. Especially Adrian have gone above and beyond by staying back 10 mins after finishing shift to ensure a smooth handover of my vehicle after service due to me getting stuck in traffic. As ever, the team are super friendly and very helpful. I've been using the Chingford branch for a number of years after their nearby competitor failed at really basic customer service and communication. I booked for an MOT and service (08/11), I also mention a couple of other niggles which they duly checked and sorted where possible. While their pricing is reasonable, it's their ability to treat their customers well that keeps me as a customer. I never feel like I'm a number. As a result of my experience, I've used them in prior years to sort the window out in my 20 year old Peugeot... they recommended ebay for parts...i would never have thought of this. Car sorted... happy me! My only gripe is their phone system is a bit meh and it's sometimes hard to hear them.
