Working with these guys nearly 2-3 years. As a contractor myself it’s important that whoever we partner with share the same work ethic and give a good customer service as us. And also willing to go over and beyond to get the job done.

I've worked with One Point services at my place of work in Property many times but I've recently used them myself to replace/update my boiler and the service was above and beyond what I was expecting. Special thanks to Mo. I had been shopping around for quotes and was most impressed by how quickly he was able to get someone in to assess, quote, and get the job done in the end. I was so grateful that the person who attended (also named Mo) actually gave us better advice than previous contacts. We ended up not only getting an upgraded electric boiler (of which was a better recommendation than the combi boiler suggested to us by others), but he also replaced our electric shower with a normal one so that we can save money by not heating up hot water twice on two separate units (as the boiler only controls the water, not central heating). Very happy with their service and will definitely recommend to others and use again.

Responsive, competent and a pleasure to work with -- roofing, flooring, painting and patio work all completed while working around very bad weather. Nothing too much trouble -- a great team.

The staff at One Point Services have done works at my property just recently. Michal undertook the entire refurbishment of my house in Fleet. This included new bathroom, new kitchen, flooring throughout and a complete rebuild of the outside decking, building a covered patio area and garden. He solved many problems I had with water getting into the flooring in downstairs bedroom which many previous builders had failed to fix. My house is built of wood and Michal was fantastic working with a non-conventional building and his woodworking was incredible. He installed a complex steam shower in the bathroom and his tiling was spot-on. I would not hesitate to recommend Michal for large or small projects. Mine was a large project and he managed the whole thing from start to finish. I would not hesitate to provide a direct reference if required.

Michael did a wonderful job! He was available on a short notice, fixed shelves, curtain poles, light and built a scaffolding wardrobe for us - which we love! Professional, fast and attentive to deal. Very happy! Will be calling Michael again soon!

Michal refurbished our entire 5 bedroom house from top to bottom. This included new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring throughout, knocking down walls. He was extremely professional and diligent in his work quality and is able to manage large projects in a timely manner. His extensive building knowledge and skills enhanced our designs and is capable of doing everything from plumbing, electrics, woodwork and general construction. His tiling work is perfection. I would happily recommend him to any projects.

I’m very happy with the small jobs that Michael did for us. Replacing a new window in our garden shed, installing a new outside lantern at front of house and shaving the bottom of kitchen door so we can close it. I highly recommend Handy4home for any jobs small or large.

Had Simple Handyman round for a small bathroom renovation in one of my rental properties. Got to say, I’m really pleased with the result. They were punctual, tidy, and got the job done with no fuss. Before and after pictures attached. I can’t recommend Razvan enough. My flat has really poorly built walls, and it is very difficult to do any sort of mounting and shelving. Razvan was an expert in finding the right spots, having the right equipment to ensure no wires were drilled into and everything was straight. He was reliable and on time and the final finish was even better than expected. Very happy with the job and the results, and will be using him when I need more work!

The pictures I used aren’t the greatest. But can I just say he gave the most amazing service he was very confident in his abilities and had every right to as he done an amazing job. It wasn’t even noticeable a hole was there to begin with and I had many doubts it wasn’t going to be possible to get fixed for the amount he had charged me! In the end everything was Great he even wanted to clean up everywhere 😅bless him honestly. Will definitely be calling him again 👍

FRA did an amazing job on my house. I could not be happier with the quality and final finish. Foyaz was extremely accommodating of my requests and was more than willing to give me advice when I was unsure on anything. He recommended suitable materials and other trade contacts for non-decorating jobs. I have had the outside of my house painted and inside done also. I could leave Foyaz to carry on with the work safe in the knowledge that he would not cut any corners and would treat it like his own house. I am now waiting for the weather to improve so I can get my driveway sealed by FRA. You will not be disappointed using this company. Excellent job!! I contacted these guys in the morning and they was able to mount my tv the same day. Showed up on time and superb customer service. Kept my living room mess free which is a plus as i have a toddler (there was only dust from the drilling which was expected and was tidy up after) Super happy with the job and my tv looks fab on the wall. I’m so pleased to say that I had a great experience with Swift Handy Works! I had a few really tricky general repairs to do, which were all done properly and to a very high standard. Raoul was professional and polite and really cared about getting the work done right-not just quickly. Though they were so busy they kept in great contact and really made an effort to come as soon as they could. Highly recommend.

We are always nervous to hire people from gumtree but was very happy with his service. We required him to disassemble furniture (before we changed our carpet) and then reassemble furniture afterwards again. He not only did this, but also fixed our bed which was broken off the headboard. Very pleased and will be contacting him again for future jobs.

Geno was nice and friendly, really helpful with the maintenance - repainting the walls & repairing the unstable bricks and lights & repairing window frame. As he knew I’ll be moving into the flat next week, he rescheduled his other job and finished all of the maintenance in 2 days and also helped me checking is there any other issue in the whole flat. Bek and the team at TMT were hands down the best home builders I have worked with. The quality of work was excellent but more importantly, the serbvice level in terms of managing scoping, briefing, site work, billing etc. was uniquely good.

I am glad we chose TMT Central. We had a team of 2 handy people come and disassemble/assemble flat packs for us. They were speedy and really went the extra mile (hovering the carpets before they build our new desks). They had everything organized and tidy at the end of the day and were able to assist in a few other tasks before the end of the day as they finished with some time to spare. Would highly recommend!

I had a leak under my sink late at night and if left, it would’ve caused a fair amount of damage. I called Southwark Handyman out to my property in Fulham.
