Working with these guys nearly 2-3 years. As a contractor myself it’s important that whoever we partner with share the same work ethic and give a good customer service as us. And also willing to go over and beyond to get the job done.

Responsive, competent and a pleasure to work with -- roofing, flooring, painting and patio work all completed while working around very bad weather. Nothing too much trouble -- a great team.

I've worked with One Point services at my place of work in Property many times but I've recently used them myself to replace/update my boiler and the service was above and beyond what I was expecting. Special thanks to Mo. I had been shopping around for quotes and was most impressed by how quickly he was able to get someone in to assess, quote, and get the job done in the end. I was so grateful that the person who attended (also named Mo) actually gave us better advice than previous contacts. We ended up not only getting an upgraded electric boiler (of which was a better recommendation than the combi boiler suggested to us by others), but he also replaced our electric shower with a normal one so that we can save money by not heating up hot water twice on two separate units (as the boiler only controls the water, not central heating). Very happy with their service and will definitely recommend to others and use again.

One point provided excellent service from their office staff to their builders. They carried out all the works in my property to top quality down to the finest details and I can't thank them enough. I would definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone that needs a good, professional contractor!
