Darren is great, we booked him for a few bits & bobs round the house, including hanging a mirror, fixing a light fixture and blinds - super quick and efficient, highly recommend!

Darren Feist assisted us with completely redecorating our daughter's flat, including repainting of the walls and ceiling and carrying out various repairs. Max and his team carried out a complex ground floor reconstruction and new kitchen installation for us in Chiswick, leading a multi-disciplinary team creating a full work plan based on our broad design intentions, and providing detailed cost estimates with the work plan. We had some issues with our flat upon moving in which had left us frustrated with our agency but as soon as Optimal were contacted, they sent out someone who really took the time to do a proper inspection and listen to concerns whilst explaining what could be done. Martin came round at short notice to prop up a fallen tree in my garden. He sorted the problem quickly and also fixed another couple of things in the house while he was here at no extra charge.
