Martin came round at short notice to prop up a fallen tree in my garden. He sorted the problem quickly and also fixed another couple of things in the house while he was here at no extra charge. I found him very helpful and have would highly recommend him and will also get him round again to do some more jobs.

Max and his team helped us with a few jobs; painting, fixing our boiler and fixing a mold issue we had. They were great. Very professional and respectful. Max and his team carried out a complex ground floor reconstruction and new kitchen installation for us in Chiswick, leading a multi-disciplinary team creating a full work plan based on our broad design intentions, and providing detailed cost estimates with the work plan. He led the team in implementing the planned works, developing solutions as unexpected problems arose both professionally and cost-effectively for us, co-ordinating the trades and carrying out much “in-between” work himself. He communicated effectively with us and with the kitchen designer, and kept to his cost estimates and timescales. The new kitchen and ground floor rooms are very fully and happily in operation. We have no hesitation in recommending Max and his team as professional, reliable and helping to deliver reconstructions which satisfy his clients.

Will was great from start to finish. Did a good clean job at a reasonable price, with great communication both before & during job. Really lovely chap too, who I would trust in my house doing work even if I wasn’t there, and this is not something I would do normally do. He changed some sockets & boxed in some wiring for me, but talking to him sounds like he can do big decorating job, kitchen, bathrooms & jobs in the garden such as building sheds & catios too. Dean collected the keys of the properties, one empty and one with tenants In residence ,from the real estate management. Optimal responded quickly following a flood causing serious wall and floor damage. Efficient, experienced and considerate survey produced a detailed and accurate quote, including a good match for engineered oak flooring (with sample) and works were carried out promptly to suit us and done within the expected time frame. Floor preparation and laying, plastering and painting of walls and skirting all finished to a high standard. Flat was left with furniture all placed back in position and nice and clean. Really positive experience in an awful emergency.

Great service with tenants. We had some issues with our flat upon moving in which had left us frustrated with our agency but as soon as Optimal were contacted, they sent out someone who really took the time to do a proper inspection and listen to concerns whilst explaining what could be done. This left us much more reassured and made the whole experience much less stressful, helped more by how quickly the report was written and sent off for approval.
