Efficient, experienced and considerate survey produced a detailed and accurate quote, including a good match for engineered oak flooring (with sample) and works were carried out promptly to suit us and done within the expected time frame. Floor preparation and laying, plastering and painting of walls and skirting all finished to a high standard. Flat was left with furniture all placed back in position and nice and clean. Really positive experience in an awful emergency.

BBOJ has done a fantastic job painting all walls, ceiling and woodwork in my flat and making good damaged plaster and woodwork. All involved have been efficient and careful and the outcome is outstanding. They have responded quickly to all requests and helped with several other small jobs that were needed. From the estimate through to the booking and then the work itself, everything went smoothly. The job was to complete the installation of a back door because the company doing it originally had gone into administration. The work was carried out with a real empathy to what I required even though some of it was correcting things that had gone wrong with the original contractor. What I ended up with is something much better than the original planned installation. Will use again.

We recently had Silver Saints do our gas boiler service Raymond did the gas boiler service. Raymond was very good: on time, neat, clear in communication of how things were going. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his ability to just fix our bathroom tap (to make hot water run out of it) in a matter of seconds! I will defiantly use Silver Saints again in the future.

I'm adding to my review which I left a year ago to add that after having done such a great job for me ( lots of different jobs that come with moving house), I booked him again even though he's 30 miles + outside my area. Steve put together lots of flat pack furniture, mounted TVs to the wall, put up blinds and tiled my bathroom to enable a shower to be mounted to the wall. A pic of his handy work is below. I was left in the lurch by another painting company who had tried to rip me off badly. The Handy Squad immediately responded within hours to my desperate query and promised to send me Victor the very next morning. Victor really should be wearing a cape as he is a true super hero. In just five short days he painted a 4 storey stairwell, replaced a light fitting, a couple other little jobs, and also managed to mix up a new paint colour ON THE SPOT (from old paint cans) to repair skirting boards which had been badly damaged by the last painters. He was early every morning, always courteous and really thinks outside the box to fix all the issues that I had with the house at the end of my lease. I would definitely recommend him to any female customers tired of disrespectful and bullying tactics from other tradesmen. I can't thank The Handy Squad and Victor enough for saving me from a very stressful and expensive situation. Highly recommend.

My request to replace a kitchen fridge in a larger space and adjust a neighbouring cupboard was greeted with a reassuring ‘can do’ attitude. Deep joy! They had a professional response to fixing problems without any drama or push back. They focused on details and nothing was too much trouble. An added bonus was their sense of fun while doing the work. I don't speak Polish but there was much laughter and a sense of enjoyment in their work. Communication was excellent. It was the best experience that I could have expected.. Well done guys. I will use you again.
