Dean has done a couple of jobs in our flat – re-flooring and installing an extraction duct in the kitchen. He's done a brilliant job both times, he's a great problem solver and takes real pride in his work. Reasonably priced, too. Would definitely recommend!

Dean has carried out work on my 2 buy to let properties recently. His work has been of a high standard. He posted to me videos to update the work as I’m managing the properties off the mainland. Dean collected the keys of the properties, one empty and one with tenants In residence ,from the real estate management. Martin came round at short notice to prop up a fallen tree in my garden. He sorted the problem quickly and also fixed another couple of things in the house while he was here at no extra charge. I found him very helpful and have would highly recommend him and will also get him round again to do some more jobs.

We had some issues with our flat upon moving in which had left us frustrated with our agency but as soon as Optimal were contacted, they sent out someone who really took the time to do a proper inspection and listen to concerns whilst explaining what could be done. Max and his team carried out a complex ground floor reconstruction and new kitchen installation for us in Chiswick, leading a multi-disciplinary team creating a full work plan based on our broad design intentions, and providing detailed cost estimates with the work plan. He led the team in implementing the planned works, developing solutions as unexpected problems arose both professionally and cost-effectively for us, co-ordinating the trades and carrying out much “in-between” work himself. He communicated effectively with us and with the kitchen designer, and kept to his cost estimates and timescales. The new kitchen and ground floor rooms are very fully and happily in operation. We have no hesitation in recommending Max and his team as professional, reliable and helping to deliver reconstructions which satisfy his clients.
