Jamil arrived promptly and sorted our heating and water during freezing winter. My boiler was under a year warranty and not from any gas engineer but it was installed by British Gas. They don’t have direct contact no for emergencies and just AI communication. I had eight moths old child in my house. Thanks to Jamil for helping us promptly.

Early Sunday evening, my elderly mum had a dire plumbing emergency at her house. Jamil responded to my call straightaway and was at my mum's house within 20 minutes. He fixed the problem and was kind and patient with my mum, putting her at ease after a very stressful situation. THANK YOU - I would highly recommend Jamil.

Jason completed 2 bathrooms for me and I could not be happier with the outcome. They both were in very tight spaces with little room to manoeuvre, in a Victorian flat so certainly not the easiest circumstances to navigate. He was extremely patient throughout the whole process with all the challenges faced during the bathroom project. He was professional, tidy, respectful and incredibly easy to work with. When there was a job needing extra support he knew exactly the person to ask and I was very happy with all external contractors work too. We had a fantastic experience from start to end with will i am. I contacted William through Checkatrade on a Monday evening (11pm) and had someone coming to move our radiator on Wednesday morning. He was really responsive throughout, the work carried out was really good quality and afterwards Will followed up with a very detailed email with photos of the work done. Would 100% use again.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

Very professional service and the engineer Kevin who attended was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. He identified the problem with water booster pump immediately and was able to purchase and replace the pump effectively within a very reasonable two-hour period. Highly recommend this service

I recently had loft insulation installed. As there was no access it had to be done from inside taking the ceiling down, installing the insulation and strengthening the joists then replacing the ceiling, replastering and repainting the ceiling and walls. Milo and his team were amazing. Milo discussed various options and explained fully what would be done. Great care was taken to keep dust to the minimum and protect the flooring and all the work was completed to an excellent standard. When they had finished you wouldn’t have known they had been there except hopefully for the reduced heating bills. I have also used this company for plumbing and central heating and they have been equally good.

Excellent and very speedy service after my boiler stopped working on a very cold night in the middle of January. The plumber came the same evening and repaired everything the following day. He was very efficient, polite and super nice. Such a relief after calling a company that I only found online in an emergency for the first time. Will definitely call again for a yearly service. Mr Abdul is a very knowledgeable and efficient engineer. He spotted the gas leakage very quickly. He came back the next day on time with a colleague and together they worked on replacing the damaged pipe. And made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Best Gas have done quite a bit of work for me over the last month. Updating plumbing, converting my heating system and fitting a new boiler. Minar and Mo are great. Minar is a real gem and an expert in Keston dual flue gas combi boilers! Most companies that I contacted to replace my boiler either had no clue about this system or were quoting extortionate rates for a poor service that would have resulted in costly repairs to the ceilings.
