I recently hired a plumber from Pippo Plumbers to change water heater and fix a leaking pipe. He was punctual, professional and also explained all terms and conditions clearly before starting work. What can I say, Giuseppe called me to book the appointment. Called on the day, and even called an hour before, to confirm he was on his way. The leaky tap was repaired in 20 mins, area cleaned. The tap was repaired on 10-12-24, no leaks to date (06-02-25). Polite and professional. More than happy to recommend him, or call him myself; if I needed any other work done.

Service was great! Kriss did great job and informed me of price prior to starting any additional services needed which was much appreciated. He left everything cleaner than how he found it and was great in communicating with me why the additional services had to take place is well is giving me the option to decline the service.

We got a Gas water heater installed. Kriss arrived on time, and was patient in explaining everything that was going on. The job took couple of days to install the pipes and the water heater. I am super pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone!
