I contacted Sandhurst Plumbing And Maintenance Limited for a gas boiler replacement in my second floor flat. The correspondence with the team was excellent, with a site visit then a clear quote for a Vaillant boiler and explanation of each item. John completed the works and did a great job on the replacement and commissioning of the system. The task was finished within the planned time, he was happy to explain progress and made contact to check everything was as expected at the end of the day that I was away. I have been happy with the installation since it was completed a month ago.

We've used Sandhurst for a few jobs in our flat and they've always been great. The latest job was renovating our bathroom and we couldn't be happier. The team are hardworking and skilled plumbers and painters. They let us know what they were doing and made sure we were happy. A special thank you to Jesse and Aaron. Sandhurst fitted a completely new shower after an on-going leak damaged the original, as part of a buildings insurance claim. Fantastic service. I called Andy after having British Gas come in to fix my boiler. They left my heating disconnected for 3 days and then cancelled on me twice. There was not a thing I could do. I had a blockage between my kitchen sink and my bathroom which was causing the bathtub to gurgle every time I turned on the sink. Dan was quick to respond and diagnose the issue and his brother Sonny came the next day to fix it. He did a really thorough job and worked very cleanly, taking the time to explain the issue and what he was doing to fix it. Price was also reasonable, would recommend and use again.

Kemal saved us from a Sunday kitchen nightmare. Our kitchen was flooding, and despite it being his day off, he arrived within 20 minutes of our call. We had a challenging situation with limited pipe access, but Kemal quickly assessed the problem and found a cost-effective solution. What really impressed us was his patience and professionalism - he had no problem waiting while we went to Screwfix for the needed parts. His workmanship was excellent; he cleaned up thoroughly after finishing and clearly takes pride in his work. A true professional who went above and beyond, especially on a Sunday.
