Oz and his team are so helpful, professional and friendly. Oz fitted and supplied a new boiler for me, after trying everything possible to fix the old one.I feel Oz and his team went above and beyond , their service was quick , efficient and nothing was too much for them. I would highly recommend.

Steve has replaced our very old boiler after it was condemned as unsafe . He upgraded us to a combi boiler and repositioned it in a much better place. He upgraded all our pipework . Steve was very pleasant and very easy to deal with. He turned up each day on time ,explained that days schedule of work . The job was completed on time despite a couple of hiccups due to our system being over 25 years old . Steve took these unexpected problems in his stride resolved them with no issue. Steve left everything very clean & tidy and his workmanship is very neat . I have no hesitation in recommending him, and will call on him again if I have need of a plumber

The landlord has a contract in place with AC Wilgar and they have been out several times to fix boiler and heating problems. They do the best they can and always get everything working. Just wish the landlord would sign of on them doing all of the required/advised fixes... I'd have no doubts ACW would get everything 100%.

We experienced amazing customer service from Billy Wilgar and his team during the recent cold spells our boiler had broken leaving us with no hot water or central heating. Billy personally drove to Sevenoaks to pick up the replacement part and dropped it at our house at 8am and the plumber arrived in the afternoon and installed and did an excellent thorough job. I had a terrible leak from bathroom into my living room. Having used Cloverleaf plumbing and heating before (they were great!) I called again. They were brilliant and got Izac and Wayne out to me very quickly. Izac and Wayne were amazing, sourced the issue and had it fixed within an hour. Izac kept me well informed and asked my approval before he continued work. I cannot praise Cloverleaf highly enough. p.s. the men removed their shoes! That's a big plus and you would never guess they had been there, everything left clean and tidy

After using Cloverleaf for several years for my boiler fitting and annual servicing, they recently carried out a complete modernisation of the central heating system in my newly acquired bungalow. Been using Cloverleaf for a number of years and they recently undertook installing new heating for another family member in quite a tricky house. They were efficient, courteous and went the extra mile to ensure minimal disruption and little damage to floors etc as floors including carpet and laminate flooring had to be taken up. Absolutely fantastic service. Joe came out and hour after my emergency call as my house was flooded. He fixed the issue,tidied up after himself and stayed afterwards to make sure everything was working correctly. One very professional guy that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Consistently fantastic experience with this company. From a major heating upgrade to minor problems, they have always been efficient and responsive. Steve (along with our architect) helped us to make some complicated decisions about the system we need. (We have low pressure into an old house, multi level house so needed help thinking it through). The whole team were professional, thoughtful and nice to work with.

Excellence Plumbing and Gas recently replaced my 12 year old faulty boiler. They very quickly identified the faults with the old one and it was obviously beyond economic repair. They replaced it a few days later with a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 with Easycontrol. They also replaced a couple of radiator valves. All done in about 3.5 hours. The communication with the office was first rate. The engineer was efficient, knowledgeable left the place clean and tidy. I can't rate them high enough.

Complete bathroom refurbishment It’s a daunting task to refurbish a bathroom! However, from planning, to advising, to providing us with a detailed quote and then to the perfect execution of the job, the Excellence Plumbing team was always at hand, even on a Saturday! No job was too difficult! The team was tidy, precise and always took on board last minute changes, which I thought of during the process (I’m afraid more than once!), with incredible patience! This morning I woke up to my toilet basin being completely cracked and unusable. I had to replace the toilet and do it fast. Given supply chain issues, and MY inexpertise, I needed to rely on a plumber to not only do the installation, but to obtain the proper hardware and equipment for the job. With no other toilet to use, there was no time to spare and certainly not a DIY job.

They came out the same day to check and fix my Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. Although I had to wait most of the day for them to show, the work was done in a decent amount of time. The price was a little more than I believe it should have been, but the work was completed. The service man Charlie was very personable.

I replaced the traps,storm and sewer pipes from the house straight to the City main due to roots that got in the pipes. I chose David after reviewing several other sewer companies because they were best choice. The crew was polite, arrived on time EVERY DAY and worked diligently throughout the day.
