James is very knowledgeable and will take the time to talk you through what needs doing and why. He helps you understand more about your plumbing system which is always a nice touch. We had to have a replacement pump fitted which turned out to be a bigger job than expected but James was very competent and did the job well.

James and the team at Platinum have always been helpful when I have had boiler issues. Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

I honestly cant praise the team at smart home rescue highly enough. They pulled out all the stops to replace the boiler and mixer tap at my rental property. Minar is a real gem and an expert in Keston dual flue gas combi boilers! Most companies that I contacted to replace my boiler either had no clue about this system or were quoting extortionate rates for a poor service that would have resulted in costly repairs to the ceilings. Minar was an absolute lifesaver! From the moment I called, I could see the difference between this company and the others I called before. Minar immediately asked me follow up questions to help diagnose the problem, explained possible scenarios, provided advice and gave me cost estimates. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He then walked me through resetting the thermostat on the off-chance it would solve the problem, which it did! Best Gas have done quite a bit of work for me over the last month. Updating plumbing, converting my heating system and fitting a new boiler. Minar and Mo are great. John fitted a boiler for me in my rental property in Clapham. My tenants had just had a baby, and we needed it done urgent as they were without heating or hot water. He was very kind and fitted for us in the evening as we couldn't find anyone to do it with short notice during normal working hours. He was fast efficient and still only charged me normal daytime rates. To top it all off, He is a very nice person. Can't recommend John, Simon, and Smyth Plumbing enough. Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!
