We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! She really did go above and beyond to make our venue even more beautiful for our wedding day! We highly recommend using 4YaParty!

I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. The amount of times I changed things leading up to the wedding and she was so patient and understanding. The decor was exactly how I imagined it and had so many compliments from our guests. Wow, what a night! Henry and his team delivered a truly memorable party. The attention to detail was brilliant and Henry really knows his stuff - from all the planning and picking and managing the best suppliers to running the night so it’s a seamless operation. The house looked superb and the garden looked magical. Henry is also an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real gentleman. I’m sure we could probably have had a decent party if we’d used a number of party planners, but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as brilliant or special. Henry and his team ensured we delivered a seamless evening for over 200 guests attending our very special HOPE Ball - a fundraising event for our local hospital charity, which raised c£75,000. At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

Henry was helped with a number of events from a Christening to a dinner for 40 people. He never needs reminding of anything and can organise the whole event or simply provide staff. He is a delight to deal with and completely reassuring so that you can really enjoy your own event. On behalf on my Wife and I, I would like to thank Personal Touch for creating the most perfect and spectacular wedding for us, in fact for creating the wedding of our dreams! From the first meeting with the team (some 12months before the wedding) we were left with a sense of purpose and confidence as Eshan inspired us with his words, knowledge and passion to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams....my wife actually said in the car after leaving the office "he really is going to smash this!".... Personally what we really loved was Eshans passion and his ability to understand our vision from the first second of what we wanted, and that is what I think the key to the huge success of the wedding was - once Eshan understood the vision he was free to explore the wedding industries top suppliers, providers of goods and services. We would then be able to choose who & what we would like to go with (or not go with) as Eshan always provided more than one option. My wife actually found a picture online of a wedding set up we loved and so she showed Eshan on the first meeting, his face beemed as he asked where we saw the picture, to which we replied Google. Proud and passionate as ever Eshan informed us that it was one of his set ups from a few weeks before and explained what equipment he had there and how the event was planned and run - straight away it proved the scale of events the Personal Touch carry out - they break the Internet with their events!!!! Personal Touches attention to detail and experience helped us to make many informed decisions that we normally would not have been able to make with such knowledge, as Eshan regularly would explain the pros and cons of set ups - suppliers - costs - ambience and anything else we would not like think about. The music played was out of this world - the organised structure meant we were able to provide a Spotify playlist of tunes we wanted to be on at some point in the night - tunes that family members / guests and that we felt emotionally attached to and that needed to be played. Personal Touch DJ's controlled the event with music - knowing exactly when to keep the vibe upbeat but elegant at the same time, to turing the dance floor into the most popular place to be .....to say we were over moon would be an understatement!! While working with The Personal Touch team, we have not only had a wedding planner - DJ and agony uncle but we also leave having made a life long long friends, something money cannot buy! Personal Touch acted as if the event was their own wedding, everything was from the heart and it was clear to see in the results. From the get go, Eshan was really friendly and listened to us as we spoke about our wedding day and what we wanted. I met Vanessa a few years ago at a wedding. Honestly the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding day! Also both LaToya and Ajay are fantastic and such lovely people to work with. For us, it felt they listened to everything we said, every aspiration and idea and then they made it happen! Planning When we started to think about planning our wedding we were unsure whether we needed a planner, and after speaking to a couple of wedding planners we were put off by limitations some of them imposed, but then we spoke with LaToya. Following our first call with LaToya our minds completed changed. We spoke frankly, we spoke about budgets / expectations and importantly we spoke about what we want our wedding to be like and not what we wanted it to be like. On the day The day ran so smoothly from our perspective, and that of the guests - it was a dream! Platinum Ace Events created a beautiful setup for our church dinner! We had an LED wall, uplights, and complete venue carpeting and draping. The setup was marvelous, and everyone was extremely happy and enjoyed the ambiance of the dinner.

As a wedding/events planner it's so important for us to work with supplier we trust, who get the vision we are looking for, for our clients. We've working on over half a dozen weddings with Platinum Ace and our most recent was during the pandemic before the second lockdown in Sept 2020. We had planned an event for 250 guests and now we only had 26 guests attending and had a change of venue, we only had two weeks to do it all. Platinum Ace put their best foot forward, attended a site visit and on the wedding day supplied us with a custom gloss white dance floor with gold decal, a custom DJ booth, gloss white stage, low fog & indoor sparklers (for the couples first dance) and carpeted the venue floor in white. Our bride & groom and guests were blow away with the finished look. The platinum Ace team were professional and ensured they followed social distancing rules throughout, as well as ensuring that the setup was done in a timely manner.
