Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. He also quoted the best price of all the pest companies I contacted as well as offering the earliest appointment.

Been having problems with pigeons roosting on our balcony laying eggs and fouling all over everything. Tried everything Amazon had to throw at them but nothing would work and keep them away. Outstanding service highly recommend I was impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. They were quick to schedule an appointment, and the technician Rupon thoroughly inspected the area and quickly identified where the mice may have entered in from. He took the time to explain his plan in detail, showing me exactly where the problem areas were and then covered up the holes. I then had a follow-up visit to ensure everything was still sealed and secure, which I thought was a great touch I haven't seen any signs of mice since then. Having to consider anti pigeon netting for my small 4th floor balcony I was dreading the search for a reliable trader. I saw a Pest Piper van parked near me and decided to try them first. I was very pleased I did from the first contact when I was given a clear quote but was not put under pressure to make a decision. When I did decide to go ahead Shahid dealt with me pleasantly and promptly. The installation was done quickly and well despite some small issues, the finishing touches were completed soon after and there was no urgency to pay before full completion! Mark and his team were very helpful. All our questions were answered. The email sent in advance was very useful with lots of information. Having done lots of research their prices were very reasonable and their admin / invoicing was slick and efficient . No one likes spending money on pest control, but I can’t fault the pestgone team. We saw a mouse running around about 4 weeks ago, Mohammed came over put down some bait and provided us with an extensive report with all the holes. I cannot recommend Saxon Pest Management highly enough! We first called Ahmed in an emergency situation and he earned himself a new contract with the service he provided on that first visit. He was thorough in his work and gave our staff advise on managing the situation and working to resolve it.
