Had Alex sort out a mice problem at home. He went beyond I was expecting to look around for holes and installing traps. Very cost effective too. Could not recommend him more.

I cannot speak highly enough of Alex. He attended same day, and on time and was incredibly thorough in his work. He proofed my kitchen for mice and explained everything he did along the way. He was clean, tidying up after himself as he went, and I cannot recommend this technician enough. I would not hesitate to phone him again if/when I need his services.

I called Alex after our first spray for bed bugs on 15 October from our housing association. We still had live bed bugs, Alex came on 25 October and sprayed our entire flat. He is professional, affordable and a genuine person. He gave us excellent advice in terms of buying new furniture and re-decorating our flat. Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. Thank goodness I used this company!! Well worth the investment in getting a job done properly in the first place. We had an infestation of rats in our property having had some recent renovation works and over the counter traps/baits are just useless. So many cowboy companies about too. Matthew was very knowledgable and thorough in his survey and am please to say that within a week, the problem has been resolved. We can finally sleep at night without having to woken up by scuttling and squeaks

Daniel gave me full details of what was involved beforehand with a very fair quote for removing the Pigeons, nests, cleaning the area inc. the solar panels and sealing up with wire mesh. He and Josh turned up bang on time and got the work done very well and efficiently, would definitely recommend. Nice people to deal with.

Liam came to do the first of three moth treatments in my home. He was punctual, polite and extremely helpful in moving some heavy furniture so I could get behind it to vacuum (which he later put back exactly as it was). It was clear he was experienced in the work - he was very helpful and informative about the treatment and what would be most effective. I trusted that he would do a good and thorough job and was very pleased to get a link to about 20 photos he had taken of him treating my flat in all its nooks and crannies. I have another two treatments in a couple of weeks - I hope Liam returns and I hope to be able to give another 5 stars.

He also recommend a rat blocker which I have had installed and will prevent future infestation. Environ were able to carry out works even when I was not in the premises.
