Moved into our home 10 months ago and heard some scratching above the ceiling almost immediately when decorating during the day. I put it down to birds on the roof and the house being empty whilst decorating. We live too far away in the South of England to take advantage of the Pest Interceptors rat free guarantee, however I had a comprehensive 90 minute phone call with Christian who talked me thorough everything on how to make my home rat free using the DIY service. I am happy to say that after 6 months of hell hearing rats scuttling around in the loft and wall cavities, we are now completely rat free. I can’t thank Christian enough.

We got SK Pest Solutions out to get rid of ants in our kitchen and they were very professional and came out promptly. We haven't had the ants back so very effective service! Would definitely recommend and would use again if we had a pest problem!

Had to call Steve again to sort out a wasps nest. He came at really short notice (on a Sunday) and sorted the problem immediately. This is the fourth time I've needed him (wasps seem to love my house!) and he has always been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, covered all the items that I couldn't move, and worked like trojans all day until they left. From the very start when Stuart the surveyor came into our home and checked every room, we knew we were in good hands. He explained in detail exactly what would be needed to resolve our issues. Then came along Alex and Ben who were great, they just cracked on with what they were there for. We couldn't fault them. They were clean and tidy and took pride in their work. There were also 2 other lads but I didn't get there names but again they were very good. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is having any damp issues.

Had a wasp nest on my property, they were getting in and out through a hole in the brickwork near the soffit. Called ACP and arranged a visit for the next day, professional and knowledgeable he treated the nest and said it should be neautralized within 48hrs or he'd do a free retreat. Next morning there was no activity from the nest. Cheaper and a quicker response than Wolves council, would defiantly recommend and use again.

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend 👍🏾

Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!

I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company

David came round very promptly after we had a sudden influx of flies at the back of my property causing a nuisance for us. He had very quickly fixed and rectified the issue and it’s been 5 months now and no sign of the flies! Would recommend
