Wayne and Sarah closely work with myself for our office and there skills, communication and ability is great! They are approachable with any issue and are always willing to talk and discuss options. They have a great attitude's with standards and legalities and would prefer to give someone the correct standards for the correct pricing than be like other companies which only do bare minimum and with high costs such as others well known companies. I would highly recommend pest master to anyone at all!

What a professional company, I've had an ongoing problem with rats at my commercial premises which numerous other pest control companies couldn't sort out until I called the Pestmaster, treatment started promptly and the results are clear to see. Can't recommend highly enough.

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend 👍🏾

I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company

Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!

Really quick service. Called up with a suspected issue, they offered me a visit within 24 hours but I went for the following day. Brendan was really professional and explained what he was doing. As it turns out I didn’t have a problem, but felt assured it had been checked thoroughly. Reasonable price compared to other local services. Would recommend.

Had a problem today Bank holiday Monday with wasps. Called Brendan at STP pest control LTD about our problem and with upmost professionalism he was with us within a few hours. What a fantastic friendly chap. Gino was great- came quickly, had several visits and found the problem and fixed it. Very reasonably priced. Emily was very efficient at organising the visits and being accommodating around our schedules. A brilliant, trustworthy and highly skilled family run firm. They fitted in my job when already fully booked and came promptly. My cat had brought in a live rat and I hadn't been able to catch it. After it hid behind the battery at the back of the fridge it then hid in a wall. After an anxious night I was at my wit's end. Within two hours the rat was caught in a trap and I received a second visit to remove the rat. Would highly recommend.

Called on Monday morning for an appointment and the owner was lovely on the phone. He quickly arranged an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and helped me get rid on silverfish. We had a swift and helpful response to our initial enquiry from PGH Beegone who arranged for Locky to visit. Locky was very thorough and efficient. He dealt with the problem but also analysed the cause of the problem and then embarked on painstaking prevention and proofing work. Highly recommended.

We used PGH Beegone for bee removal and "rehoming" not extermination. Locky Deeming from their Midlands office did the original survey and the removal. The bees had been in our garage roof for six years so the colony was quite large. Locky did the job professionally and competently and cared enough about the result to call us afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We would recommend this company.

Locky was a lovely friendly man. Excellent extensive knowledge on rodent control. He gave very helpful advice and did a really thorough inspection of the house and garden. No sales pressure but lots of reassurance on his ability to help.
