We had a swift and helpful response to our initial enquiry from PGH Beegone who arranged for Locky to visit. Locky was very thorough and efficient. He dealt with the problem but also analysed the cause of the problem and then embarked on painstaking prevention and proofing work. Highly recommended.

We used PGH Beegone for bee removal and "rehoming" not extermination. Locky Deeming from their Midlands office did the original survey and the removal. The bees had been in our garage roof for six years so the colony was quite large. Locky did the job professionally and competently and cared enough about the result to call us afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We would recommend this company.

Locky was a lovely friendly man. Excellent extensive knowledge on rodent control. He gave very helpful advice and did a really thorough inspection of the house and garden. No sales pressure but lots of reassurance on his ability to help.

From start to finish, Locky from TLC Pest Control was very professional and reassuring when called out to deal with a large nest of angry wasps, in a neighbouring hedge. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation and quickly got to work. He even got stung for his trouble! The treatment worked quickly and we've had no more issues ( or stings) since. Would give TLC pest control 10 stars if I could! We were at our wits end and have had many different pest control companies out over the last couple of years but they never delved deep into the problem and only gave short term solutions which never eradicated the pests. Locky was absolutely fantastic. From the initial phone call we knew he was very professional and knowledgeable and attended our property promptly. He was very thorough and did a full walk around of the house and garden, quickly identifying the problem and the pests’ points of entry. He advised us what we needed to do to prevent this and how to effectively deal with the problem. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough and we’re now confident the problem can be eradicated.

Would recommend these guys 100%. Had a problem with red ants and other insects entering into the house from the back garden. Had to call Steve again to sort out a wasps nest. He came at really short notice (on a Sunday) and sorted the problem immediately. This is the fourth time I've needed him (wasps seem to love my house!) and he has always been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend 👍🏾

I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company

We initially used Pestbuster to look after our pest control but we have since taken on the additional service of sanitary disposal as Pestbuster proved to be a much more regular service at a more cost effective rate than our previous supplier. Having built up a great rapport with sales manager, Debbie, if ever we have an issue, I know that it will be dealt with quickly. We are now currently having our business centre cladding cleaned...a huge job, 6 days so far, cherry picker, jet wash ...the works all whilst 70 business carry out their day to day business. The operatives have been nothing but efficient and professional with no detrimental effect on my clients. Cannot recommend this company more highly. Great job!!.
