Gino was great- came quickly, had several visits and found the problem and fixed it. Very reasonably priced. Emily was very efficient at organising the visits and being accommodating around our schedules. Great service altogether- would definitely go back to them if anything were to re occur (hopefully not!)

Gino 3, Squirrels 0! It took 5 visits which made the squirrel removal from my mother-in-law's bungalow's roof space a bit pricey, but each visit was on time and professionally carried out, with a report with photos following. Highly recommended, nice guy Gino

Wayne and Sarah closely work with myself for our office and there skills, communication and ability is great! They are approachable with any issue and are always willing to talk and discuss options. They have a great attitude's with standards and legalities and would prefer to give someone the correct standards for the correct pricing than be like other companies which only do bare minimum and with high costs such as others well known companies. What a professional company, I've had an ongoing problem with rats at my commercial premises which numerous other pest control companies couldn't sort out until I called the Pestmaster, treatment started promptly and the results are clear to see. Can't recommend highly enough.

Locky was very professional and efficient when assessing our loft space. Timing of appointment was perfect and locky was very thorough. We had no issues within our loft and it was nice to find a firm that would actually complete an inspection without the need of evidence up front. Lockie came out on a home visit to sort out our mouse problems as we live in a rural area; he identified the issues advised us clearly and provided quick and effective solutions with a friendly and expert manner - I cant recommend him highly enough.

Locky was a lovely friendly man. Excellent extensive knowledge on rodent control. He gave very helpful advice and did a really thorough inspection of the house and garden. No sales pressure but lots of reassurance on his ability to help.

We used PGH Beegone for bee removal and "rehoming" not extermination. Locky Deeming from their Midlands office did the original survey and the removal. The bees had been in our garage roof for six years so the colony was quite large. Locky did the job professionally and competently and cared enough about the result to call us afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We would recommend this company.
