From start to finish, Locky from TLC Pest Control was very professional and reassuring when called out to deal with a large nest of angry wasps, in a neighbouring hedge. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation and quickly got to work. He even got stung for his trouble! The treatment worked quickly and we've had no more issues ( or stings) since. Would give TLC pest control 10 stars if I could! We were at our wits end and have had many different pest control companies out over the last couple of years but they never delved deep into the problem and only gave short term solutions which never eradicated the pests. Locky was absolutely fantastic. From the initial phone call we knew he was very professional and knowledgeable and attended our property promptly. He was very thorough and did a full walk around of the house and garden, quickly identifying the problem and the pests’ points of entry. He advised us what we needed to do to prevent this and how to effectively deal with the problem. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough and we’re now confident the problem can be eradicated.

Excellent service, called and arranged a next day appointment. Woody was brilliant, he removed a wasps nest the size of a tennis ball from our loft and gave us lots of useful advice on how to prevent the problem happening in future. Highly recommend this company. Thank you woody!

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend 👍🏾

I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company

Had to call Steve again to sort out a wasps nest. He came at really short notice (on a Sunday) and sorted the problem immediately. This is the fourth time I've needed him (wasps seem to love my house!) and he has always been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We used PGH Beegone for bee removal and "rehoming" not extermination. Locky Deeming from their Midlands office did the original survey and the removal. The bees had been in our garage roof for six years so the colony was quite large. Locky did the job professionally and competently and cared enough about the result to call us afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We would recommend this company.

Locky was very professional and efficient when assessing our loft space. Timing of appointment was perfect and locky was very thorough. The service was excellent and the report was also very thorough and clear. We had no issues within our loft and it was nice to find a firm that would actually complete an inspection without the need of evidence up front. Had a problem today Bank holiday Monday with wasps. Called Brendan at STP pest control LTD about our problem and with upmost professionalism he was with us within a few hours.
