Contacted Martin via his website, about removing an underground wasps nest in the garden, within 5 minutes he'd replied saying he could pop round the same afternoon. 45 minutes later he arrived as arranged, took a quick look and got to work. Within 15 minutes there was a hole in the ground and no more wasps or nest :) Martin was professional and friendly throughout, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. Many thanks!

I can’t recommend this company enough. Martin has, and continues to be the most reliable and helpful person. There is no job to big or small and he will always be at the end of the phone if in need. Pests are not something we want in our homes, but Martin will sort it out in no time to allow normality to resume. Don’t hesitate to use this company, you won’t be dissapointed.

Martin came out 3 times to my house to make sure the pest was kept at bay on the 2nd visit he quickly identified it wasn't what I thought it was. anyway he got rid of the threat and now I'm safely vermin free. He's like a Ghostbuster for vermins Who ya gonna call MC Thanks mate 😁

Great service. Martin is knowledgeable, friednly, and professional. I contacted him about a mice problem. He responded fast and answered all my questions. The next morning he thoroughly inspected the house and put a lot of mice treatment everywhere, including the attic and under floor boards. In total, he visited the house three times, with a weak between the visits.

Called on Monday morning for an appointment and the owner was lovely on the phone. He quickly arranged an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and helped me get rid on silverfish. I called out Craig from Stop that Pest, to deal with a wasp nest in the roof, near to our bathroom window. Craig came out to us on the same day and expertly dealt the awkwardly placed nest within in minutes. I've used Craig before and have recommended him to all my friends who've required help removing wasps. I can guarantee you he is very professional and exceptional value for money.

I am so happy that I came across Stop that Pest, who provided an immediate quote on the phone and then came out the same day to resolve the problem. Craig the operative who arrived was extremely knowledgeable, always polite and professional throughout his visits and always explained what he has done and intended to do on the further visits. He meticulously investigated what was going on and then baited the loft space appropriately (where environmental health would not). Over the next few weeks, he rang me several times to check the progress. He always stuck to his word, and was well worth the money, and as such I have full confidence in recommending to family and friends. The only regret I have is not getting him in sooner.

Really quick service. Called up with a suspected issue, they offered me a visit within 24 hours but I went for the following day. Brendan was really professional and explained what he was doing. Fantastic service received from Arden services. Messaged last Sunday to deal with a wasps nest and they came out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the nest didn't go as the wasps found another way in, but one phone call to arden services and they arranged to come back out to have another go. As it was the same nest, there was no additional charge. Would definitely recommend, this is the 2nd time we have used them in the past 3 years and wouldn't hesitate to use again should the need arise.
