I called out Craig from Stop that Pest, to deal with a wasp nest in the roof, near to our bathroom window. Craig came out to us on the same day and expertly dealt the awkwardly placed nest within in minutes. I've used Craig before and have recommended him to all my friends who've required help removing wasps. I can guarantee you he is very professional and exceptional value for money.

I'm so glad I stumbled upon Stop that Pest. I had an issue with a wasps nest outside my children's bedroom window which was causing serious issues. Craig was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. He explained the process and education every step of the way so that I knew exactly what was going on. He also investigated the attic and found another wasps nest which he was able to remove manually. I am so happy that I came across Stop that Pest, who provided an immediate quote on the phone and then came out the same day to resolve the problem. Craig the operative who arrived was extremely knowledgeable, always polite and professional throughout his visits and always explained what he has done and intended to do on the further visits. He meticulously investigated what was going on and then baited the loft space appropriately (where environmental health would not). Over the next few weeks, he rang me several times to check the progress. He always stuck to his word, and was well worth the money, and as such I have full confidence in recommending to family and friends. The only regret I have is not getting him in sooner.

Had to call Steve again to sort out a wasps nest. He came at really short notice (on a Sunday) and sorted the problem immediately. This is the fourth time I've needed him (wasps seem to love my house!) and he has always been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I discovered a wasp nest on Saturday afternoon and called Arden Services because they were the first company in the area who were open 7 days a week. I spoke to Richard who quoted me £40 and said he would come out early next week, or potentially Sunday morning (he would have to let me know). He contacted me Sunday morning to say he would come out, and immediately resolved my wasp issue, which was at the highest point in the property, by the loft conversion. Firstly I am impressed by how cheap he was compared to other companies, and secondly by how quickly he came out. Juan's professionalism on behalf of Huntsman Pest Control was exemplary! He was completely thorough in tackling the mice infestation at my property and closed access points where the mice were getting in. He has a friendly demeanour and very respectful.
