We recently had an unwanted visitor in the loft. Booked an appointment with Gary from Pied Piper who came over within a couple of days at a time to suit us. Such a super nice and honest gentleman. Very professional and clearly knows his stuff. Inspected my property, knew exactly what to look for and quickly identified the possible entry points. He gave some really great advice and peace of mind. Touch wood, we've not had any more visitations from the pests. We would not hesitate to use Pied Piper again and couldn't recommend them enough. Really happy with this service. Came out on the same day initially to treat a wasp nest. Around 2 weeks later some wasps had returned but someone attended on the same day again to treat the nest.

We live too far away in the South of England to take advantage of the Pest Interceptors rat free guarantee, however I had a comprehensive 90 minute phone call with Christian who talked me thorough everything on how to make my home rat free using the DIY service. The Pest Interceptors team were amazing. Very polite and took the time to look around and listen to the rodent issue I had. They got to work and quickly found the source of the issue which was my neighbours drains. Very pleased and relieved- I can sleep again as I haven't heard any noises since! A brilliant, trustworthy and highly skilled family run firm. They fitted in my job when already fully booked and came promptly. My cat had brought in a live rat and I hadn't been able to catch it. After it hid behind the battery at the back of the fridge it then hid in a wall. After an anxious night I was at my wit's end. Within two hours the rat was caught in a trap and I received a second visit to remove the rat. Would highly recommend.
