We had to call them out in a emergency due to a pipe burst. They were prompt to respond, remediated the immediate issue. They were professional, punctual and completed the necessary job. Following the emergency response, we agreed for them to complete some additional works at site. They agreed to carry out those and yet again they were professional and completed the job as promised. Thrilled with the work Mark from Summit has done on my radiators that were barely coming on with my ancient boiler. He rebalanced them and got rid of air pockets that were trapped. Now they're coming on hot and he's reasonably priced for his time and expertise. Friendly, professional, reliable and helpful in educating me on all things heating. Will use Mark going forward and highly recommend.

Neil was very good at his job been doing plumbing for years. He is a man that likes to get on with the job. He put us another up to date toilet in (which was on an angle) also put a new sink with cabinet then he removed an old radiator for an upright towel rail. Called Neil to help with a leak in my bathroom. Very impressed with his response which gave me the confidence to let Neil upgrade my bathroom with a false wall, shower, shower screen, bath and tiling. Neil's experience was really helpful when understanding my options and budget. Neil kept in contact beforehand and throughout, explained exactly what the job entailed and timescale. Neil came out at very short notice to help with a leak in a very awkward place in my kitchen, and also an almost-inaccessible stoptap problem. I had expected a lot of disruption as I'd been warned by others that the job could be very complicated. However, Neil was very honest in his assessment and took the time to find a simpler way to resolve the problem without sacrificing quality. The job was completed promptly and the kitchen was left clear and tidy afterward. Very pleased with the work and the end result.

I had a leak under the bathroom sink and tried to fix it myself, however I found it was more complicated than I thought. I read a positive review where Neil fixed a similar issue so called him and he came out quickly after I sent him some photos so he knew what to expect. Even then there were a few unknown issues that still arose which Neil dealt with very well. He replaced the plug/waste disposal sorting the leak and also made good with silicon after putting the sink back on the wall and the sink now looks better than before! Neil is very personable, has a lot of experience and was very good at keeping me up to date with when he was arriving and I would definitely use him again.

I got in touch with Scott from Heat central who is an approved Worcester Bosch accredited fitter ! He came to my family’s rescue when our boiler packed in the end of December we had no water or heating. Scott gave us a great quote on a 30kw life boiler and hive and squeezed us in to get the job done quick. While on the job a pipe upstairs sprung a leak and Scott was straight onto the job repairing and replacing pipes for us. I can’t recommend this company enough, We’ve definitely found our life time has engineer! Thanks Scott.

Got in touch with Scott as he is a Worcester Bosch Accredited installer. We had a Bosch Boiler and 8 radiators installed from Scott. Him and his team were very professional. Provided advice on the best location for the Boiler, radiators and pipe work. Very clean and tidy work. As it is an empty property, he kept in touch constantly with updates on the install. We had a little hiccup when the work was completed and I felt 2 radiators were positioned a little too high against the window sills. Scott readjusted the radiators. Can’t fault this guy at all. Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing service Sal delivered. I had an issue early morning around 3.00am With bathroom pipe's. And had phoned Sal’s plumbing. He picked up. Who on earth is picking up the phone at the time. Only hardworking and dedicated people are. Time of arrival was within the hour considering I was 13 miles away and it being early in the morning. I had an issue with my shower which needed replacing. Looked on Checkatrade for a few plumbers where most were unresponsive or slow to call back. Sal picked up my call straight away, quoted me over the phone and said he'd be at mine within the hour. Fixed my shower and gave me a guarantee for the work he'd done. Can't recommend Sal enough and have used him for other jobs since.

I'm never disappointed when I call Sal, I contacted sal with a leaking radiator and he came around within the hour. I've used sal in the past to fit a boiler about 3 years ago and never had any problems with it. Sal is professional, reliable, friendly and best of all his work is perfection. Great service received from F & P Plumbing. Josh fitted our boiler a few years ago and did a great job. He first provided us with a competitive quote and answered all of our queries, then fitted the new boiler as agreed. He was very professional and helpful and also replaced some garage roof tiles at the same time (as a result of the boiler swap). Other plumbers said we would have to sort this ourselves. F&P did the whole job which we were very pleased about. Josh has since come back every year to service our boiler. Louise on reception is always helpful and another plumber Dave also helped us promptly to reset our boiler when we had a gas leak on the street by sending us a video to show us how to do this. I was personally very grateful as I was recovering from cancer treatment that day and couldn’t face that issue alone. Dave’s response was fast and efficient without having to get a plumber to visit. Highly recommended. Managed to fit us in for an urgent repair due to leak in our pipework which stopped our boiler working in a week of extreme cold weather. Thanks to the admin team for finding a way to fit us in and David for fixing our problem, it is very much appreciated. Our service engineer Richard was brilliant. He's very approachable and friendly. He knows his stuff and carried out our service really efficiently.
