I collared Mark leaving my neighbours house as I had a leaking boiler. He was friendly polite and knowledgeable and sorted the problem straight away. I have nothing negative to add, just grateful he could sort the issue so quickly.

Mark came out to diagnose and fix the issue we were having with our underfloor heating within hours of calling him. He was punctual, friendly and very knowledgable. I wouldn't hesitate to use Summit Plumbing & Heating again!

Thrilled with the work Mark from Summit has done on my radiators that were barely coming on with my ancient boiler. He rebalanced them and got rid of air pockets that were trapped. Now they're coming on hot and he's reasonably priced for his time and expertise. Friendly, professional, reliable and helpful in educating me on all things heating. Will use Mark going forward and highly recommend.

Rang them yesterday lunchtime to enquire about fitting an outdoor tap, they happened to be around the corner finishing a job and came over immediately to look and quote. I was at home today and they came around in the morning and finished the job in two hours. Both Jason and his son Cameron are friendly and polite and confirmed everything has they went along. From call to completion in 24 hours! Couldn't be happier.

Jason came over the following day for a toilet leak and fixed the problem straight away and also put some silicon around the base of the toilet. He was very efficient and pleasant in nature and when I asked how much he didn’t take any money off me because he said he was only here for a short time. To go out of his way to sort my leak out and not charge me was very kind of Jason. Definitely will be using him again for any future work.

Did what was said on the tin, Swift Emergency Plumber. This is the second time I have used Sean’s services. The first for a faulty and noisy bathroom sink tap where the fault was quickly found and fixed. The second was to disconnect an old gas oven and for a gas safety check on the house. They installed my new boiler in 1 day, it's been a week so far since the completion of the job, and I've had no issues so far. Have been using This company to service my gas boiler/ plumbing repairs for the last 3 years and have always had excellent service at a reasonable price. Yesterday I had the latest annual service carried out but also arranged for the engineer to replace my bathroom basin tap with one I had bought myself. Unfortunately my new tap was the wrong type so the engineer went and bought another one and fitted this. This was exceptional service. The engineer was also punctual, friendly and very professional. He also left everything very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company.

We were very pleased with the service from Hancox Gas and Plumbing. They installed a new boiler for us and kindly moved the location, replacing old pipes (which resembled a level of Mario Bro’s) and simplified it. In a nutshell, very professional and well organised company who I would definitely use again.

Hancox have just replaced my old central heating boiler with a new combi boiler. Their engineers Rob and Luke carried out the work efficiently and skillfully, tidying up as they went. They worked tirelessly and professionally and I was amazed at the amount of work they put in. The new pipework in my airing cupboard is a work of art, so much so that my husband took a photo to show people at his work. I am undergoing treatment for breast cancer at the moment and Hancox had promised to carry out the work as quickly as they could to minimise the time I was without heat whilst I'm vulnerable. They exceeded my expectations. I had a lump in my throat when Rob and Luke came back from getting some materials with some heaters for me to borrow that night to keep the house warm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hancox and will certainly use them again.

Went for a small part which they had at a good price. There was no pushing the most expensive option but rather an honest & cheaper recommendation was given. I also got free advice that ensured even I could fix it myself.
