Recently had a new boiler installed by Butch’s plumbing and heating. They did an amazing job from start to finish. Jack explained everything that was happening along the way and was very professional. Fabulous service. The senior engineer, Sam, was very professional and did an amazing job 👌🏼

Butch’s plumbing & Heating was recommended by a friend and can honestly say I’m so glad they did. From the initial meeting to having the work carried out was an excellent experience. Workmanship was brilliant. Kept us informed throughout what the process would be and can say I’m very happy with the outcome and cost. Reconfiguring the downstairs toilet wasn’t the biggest space but created the space effortlessly. Were that happy that we’ve asked for the bathroom to be done too.

Rang in the morning as my father needed replacement taps for his kitchen sink as one tap had become difficult to turn off. After a phone call and sending a picture of the taps and connections Dave attended the same day. He obtained replacement taps and flexible hoses. Despite it taking much longer, due to the condition of original fittings, he completed the job and stuck with his quote. Great service

Phoned Dave when we had water leaking through the kitchen ceiling the day we returned from holiday. He was with us within an hour and had the fun task of finding the leak between the ceiling and floorboards. Dave found the leak and repaired the pipes that had pin holes in them, left everything clean and explained any next steps with insurance etc. Not only did he do a top job but he is a top bloke too. 5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

I needed a shower plumbing in, rang Dark Knight plumbing, Dave came round and assessed the job, but it was not as straightforward as first thought. Leaks in pipes I didn't know about , stopcock seized etc. Dave sorted everything out for us. This guy is a great tradesman, he is honest and reliable, and he knows his job.. He charges a fair price for his work. I would not hesitate to use him again, and would recommend him to anyone.. Oh yeah, he has got a wicked sense of humour too. Well done Dave.

Having contacted several gas plumbers and been let down by all, I was passed the details of Jamie by a friend who has always used him. I contacted Jamie Thursday morning and he came out within a couple of hours. Sent me a price the same day and came and fitted a new fan on my boiler the next morning. Excellent service, would definitely recommend and will be my go to plumber for any future needs.

Would highly recommend Proplumb 365. Initially we were going to use Wickes as it just felt right, but I’m so glad we looked around and found these guys. We decided we would supply and they would fit. That way we knew exactly what we were getting once it had all been done. Their attention to details were spot on and good communication all round. At times I felt like I had been very indecisive but they remained very professional and gave me all the time I needed to decide what I wanted. The group of men working on our bathroom were highly respectful. I would chose them again and definitely will be recommending to friends and family! We can highly recommend ProPlumb365. Michael & Greg (not forgetting De the tiler & Mike the plasterer) have done a fabulous bathroom refit. This has involved gutting our old bathroom,moving the toilet,(adding a new soil pipe),new lighting,piping & floorboards. Good attention to detail.Checked with us as they got to different points in the work to ensure it was as we wanted. Arrived on time & completed it in the time they said. Honest pricing,trustworthy (important if you have to go out whilst the job is done), polite & friendly. Cleaned up at the end of each day. Sall is the person to call when it comes to your plumbing needs. I have used Sall on multiple times. No job is too difficult for Sall. I first used Sall to install an Isolation Valve for a outdoor tap. We had a newly fitted kitchen and builder missed it and said cannot be done now. Sall was able to do this by squeezing through a tight cabinet to join and solder. Called Sall not long after to move our stopcock from the corner of the same tight cabinet to under the sink and he did this perfectly. Then used Sall again for a valve leak which he resolved very fast. Sall is always there when needed.
