Had KWS heating come and quote to install a new vertical radiator and service our boiler. We found him very competitive on price and also punctual and professional. Evening before due to arrive he contacted us to make sure everything was still okay for him to come and complete the work for us. He is very good at his job , he altered the pipework to suit our new radiator which looks amazing and serviced our boiler, he also filled in the appropriate paperwork and also advised us to have the boiler serviced regularly. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others.

I can’t speak highly enough about the service Simon provided to us recently in replacing a motorised valve in our heating system and servicing our CH boiler. He diagnosed the problem, carried out all the work in a thorough manner, including spotting & reporting, future potential issues, left the system working and thoroughly checked, and cleaned up after himself. Sall is the person to call when it comes to your plumbing needs. I have used Sall on multiple times. No job is too difficult for Sall. I first used Sall to install an Isolation Valve for a outdoor tap. We had a newly fitted kitchen and builder missed it and said cannot be done now. Sall was able to do this by squeezing through a tight cabinet to join and solder. Called Sall not long after to move our stopcock from the corner of the same tight cabinet to under the sink and he did this perfectly. Then used Sall again for a valve leak which he resolved very fast. Sall is always there when needed.

Simon started on Monday as he start, bright and early at 0800 hrs and he did say they would be totally finished by around lunch time the next day and was true to his word. Simon couldn't have been any more professional, but friendly and courteous at the same time. Whilst you can only imagine the work that went behind the new boiler replacement, they were so considerate of property items as well as personal items. It was just 5* rating all the way through, it really was. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Simon tried his very best to get our old boiler repaired but it was way beyond economical repair so a new one was installed. Simon did a fantastic job from the first time he attended to the completion of the new boiler installation. Really can’t fault the work and service from him and would recommend to anyone unlike others who couldn’t even bother to come after appointments made and no contact to explain why not . A few days ago the central heating wasn't coming on when programmed but there was still hot water. Having been given Simbuild's contact number by a friend who had told me that Simon had done a good job, I gave him a call and he was able to come and assess the job the next day. The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently but a leak was found which he came back today/the next day to fix. Fully working system again. 5 Stars!

Steve came out within 4 hours when my water heater suddenly stopped working. On both visits (the first to diagnose the problem and the second to fix it with the relevant parts) he was punctual and professional. We were having trouble with our back boiler, thinking we may have to replace it, after reading reviews we called Steve out.
