Fantastic experience with Mike from Jones Plumbing & Heating today. I googled a local plumber on Tuesday for a small job in the bathroom. Mike replied straight away, and managed to fit me in two days later. He arrived on time as planned, assessed the job thoroughly and got to work. He was friendly, efficient, really tidy and went above and beyond to explain everything to me. We’ll definitely use him again and would highly recommend.

Michael fitted a new kitchen tap for me today. He arrived on time, completed the job and cleared up. I’m very pleased, this is the second time I have used his services and am planning to use them again in the near future, highly recommended.

Mike has completed lots of jobs for us and has always been great. Communication before the work is completed is always swift and helpful. He is always respectful when completing work in the house and always clears away after himself, leaving no mess. Mike is a friendly and approachable guy and I would highly recommend him. We cannot fault his expertise and knowledge of his Plumbing, always clean up after him and cannot do enough for you, and puts you at ease and feel comfortable to have him in our house.
