So happy I chose this vets for my two cats. I think they're handling the whole covid situation brilliantly. The girl on reception (Amy) is so lovely and chatty. I met the vet at the door who clearly explained the treatment my cat would need, the benefits and what I could expect in the future. I have total faith that they will care for my pets in the future. Very friendly welcoming practice and everything explained clearly as to what they have to offer. No problem with getting quick and convenient appointments when required. Been using this vets since I had ny kitten just over a year ago. I would definitely recommend them.

Can’t recommend this vets enough. I had an appointment tonight for my dog but unfortunately due to him being unwell had to cancel 45 minutes before hand and the staff were so lovely about it. Rescheduled there and then and managed to work with me to sort the time around my working hours. Nothing is ever too much for Pool House Vets. All of the vets and reception staff are lovely especially Amy! Always so helpful, kind, caring and understanding, nothing is ever too much for them! They’re so passionate about their job and it really shows :) In these very uncertain times they have the best procedure in place and I would happily leave my dog with anyone here and I know he will be safe and looked after. Well done guys and thank for everything!

Can not recommend Shawhall enough! From the first telephone conversation i felt reassured. My bulldog rolo has severe adhd and does not sit still he thinks everyone should pay him attention and will drag me wherever until he gets a fuss! However he is a loving boy and is my baby! He had a cherry come up on his eye a couple of months ago and the vets had quoted me 983.00 for removal which obviously was a bit steep. My sister came across Shawhall on Facebook and has since started following your Facebook page to get tips for her bulldog. Anyway contacted Shawhall and was booked in for the following day, when we arrived there was another dog in there so obviously rolo decided that he was going to act up! The vet put the anatheric in rolos eye with ease, however doing the procedure was looking to be difficult because of how excited rolo was! They both persevered with rolo and with a little help from myself it was over and done with in seconds! Pain free no cry’s or yelps from rolo and it was all over. As you can see from the photo below the miracle they worked on my boy! Oh and I forgot to mention I was quoted £100.00 for full removal including everything I needed for the aftercare. Thank you again so much!

Amazing place. The staff are so friendly and always make you feel welcome. Chrissy is an amazing vet. I’ve had many appointments here for my dogs from puppy vaccinations, cherry eye removal down to Infections. Can’t fault them at all. Definitely worth travelling out of town for them.

Just had my daughter's bulldog treated for cherry eye in both eyes. what a fabulous place this is. Very professional and polite and the procedure only took a few minutes. As for the price of £100 per eye having quoted £1000 per eye at every other place we tried well its a no brainer even including the 50 mile round trip we had to make. highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic, was told by my vet £1000+ to sort my xl bully's cherry eye with no guarantee it would solve long term. Was removed here for £100, quick procedure with brilliant staff. Many thanks, would highly recommend

After an absence from dog ownership for many years, I returned this morning with our new JR Puppy Zazu for his first visit. Great atmosphere with a friendly welcome for us both. Steve was brilliant with Zazu with the first vaccination dose / microchipping / claw clipping, and good advice, all done in a matter of minutes whilst keeping Zazu calm :) Thank you for the best start for him, and the assurance that he's a fit and healthy little turbo puppy ;)

Fantastic service for all the paws in my house. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Reasonably priced. And always available within an hour of phone call. The WhatsApp service in invaluable and I’ve never heard of that before. But it’s healed a lot without an appointment. 5 stars because in grateful of all the services provided. Our family (and others we've recommended) has been using this vets for nearly 20 years and we couldn't recommend them enough. Our experience with 387 vets has been overwhelmingly positive and any concerns or issues we've had have always been addressed promptly. They might appear more expensive than other vets in the area but their services match the price. They've approached all of our pets with genuine care and compassion (and this is true for everyone we've dealt with at the practice) and have answered any questions we've had about treatment (and we've asked quite a few!) with compassion and clarity. One of our cats went through chemotherapy here last year and they out our minds at ease throughout this stressful time. They even allowed one of our other cats to accompany him, to help with her behaviour after each of his chemotherapy visits. Our other cat recently stopped eating and they didn't hesitate to look into what the issue may be and provided us with options on how best to help her. The staff are lovely and I genuinely don't think you can find a better vet practice than this one. We appreciate everything you have done for and continue to do for us! Thank you.

I volunteer for a cat rescue that this vets has supported. They have an excellent standard of care and always make sure the animals receive first class treatment. The staff are very polite and helpful amd always help to relieve the stress of taking a sick animal to the vets.

Well what can I possibly say about Rock House Vets…. There is no other vets like it…. They continually go above and beyond for my self and my animals… I trust this place with my whole heart. We have recently had the saddest moment in our lives… we had to make the decision to put our beloved basset hound to rest, she was 14, they made the whole experience just perfect. We was with her till the end, the staff was fantastic with my self and my children. 100% trust them. 🐾🐾

Isabelle my French bulldog girl had a spay it was the best thing for her & im glad I trusted rock house vets with my little girl. I love how they looked after her and checked up on her with the aftercare. There love for dogs and animals is amazing. I always know she’s in good hands. Great vets

Ive had cats all my life and ive just had the best experience i couldve wished for with Marta. One of my cats gets extremely distressed with appointments and can get vicious when she’s anxious. Upon todays appointment I was so nervous but Marta was incredible. She really took the time to calm Peach, let her know she was safe, fed her and fussed her, not at all rushing. She managed to give her the injection without a flinch and even was able to give her a full health check, what other vets had previously declined doing due to Peach becoming aggressive. Not a single scratch or tear from me either during the whole appointment. Thank you Marta.

My dog is always looked after and cared for even though he is sometimes reactive. He’s had a few health issues but has seen Safi twice and she has been an amazing help. Thank you!

I have been going to Connaught Vet's for many years. You hardly ever see the same vet twice. I guess they are all just qualified and it's their first job. They seem to move on. The staff are very pleasant. When I was upset over my cat being put to sleep they were very kind and sent a card and some Forget-me-not seeds.

My Daisy is extremely nervous of the vet, and Simone was brilliant, she took the time to help Daisy to feel more at ease, I will definitely book in with Simone in future.

I recently visited Carmel Vets in Falling Park with my pet, and I found the experience to be quite positive. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which helped put both me and my pet at ease. The veterinarian took the time to explain the examination process and answered all my questions thoroughly. I appreciated their willingness to discuss various treatment options without pressuring me into any decisions. The clinic itself was clean and well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long for our appointment. I also liked that they offered a range of services, from routine check-ups to more specialized care. Overall, I felt that my pet received good attention and care during our visit, and I would consider returning for future veterinary needs.

Unfortunately my partner had to say goodbye to his 17 year old cat. We were both treated with kindness and compassion and my partner was given time to say goodbye. Although we didn't choose to get him cremated. We were given a paw print, some of his fur and a little note. He had been treated mostly at Jeffcock Road. And we would like to thank all those for the care Mr P received.

Been to carmel vets today for the first time. The staff on reception were lovely very friendly and chatty. I've been taking bonnie to other vets for years with the same problem and never really had a solution. The vet at carmel straight away put her on an allergy medication. Don't understand why this couldn't have been suggested before at old vets. Thanks for your help and we shall see you again with the rest of my animals. And a big thanks to simone like another review my bonnie is a bit shy . Simone was very patient and kind to bonnie that's a priority for me again thanks.

Excellent vets.the staff are lovely,caring kind heart and the pet always comes first then the owner which i love.our family have always used them ie my grandad,mom and now me.(use to be called Walpole & Bingham).and even though the name has changed the feeling in the vets and how they are with u hasn't changed.its like walking into your own warm home feeling.and I 1000%+ know and feel that my dog is always in safe hands.

Thank you for taking care of T4 in his last couple of weeks of life.😢 The compassion, attention and attitude of everyone has always been exceptional, but the support over the last two weeks have gone above and beyond. If anyone is looking for a suitable vet for any animal, you will not find better than Warpole & Bingham (now Carmel) in Penn Fields, Wolverhampton.

Unfortunately we had to have our dog put to sleep after she suffered a serious stroke. Carmel Vets managed to get us an emergency appointment and were very caring and empathetic when we made the sad decision to have her put to sleep due to the severity of her symptoms and old age. We arranged for her to have an individual cremation and we collected her ashes just over a week later. They also included a paw print in a card, a lock of her fur, plus a sympathy card and small packet of forget-me-not seeds. Carmel have been very good to us throughout this whole process and have been very compassionate. Thank you.

Been using Orchard Vets since 1989 when it was just Mr Dudley in Lower High Street. Their insurance scheme is well worth the money and staff are always friendly and helpful.

Have used Orchard since they first opened in Wednesbury 40+ years ago. They have amazing, caring vets, nurses and reception/admin staff. Our Fur babies have always received the best care and treatment.

I have been a member of pool house a number of years now, I have a rabbit, cats, and now a puppy. With every pet I have taken, I have received an extremely warm welcome and exceptional service. Staff have gone above and beyond in the past. From the receptionist nurses and vets every single member of the team I have encountered has been professional, knowledgeable, and given excellent service. I can't recommend pool house highly enough.
