This is by far the best vets we have used. Our previous vets don’t match up to the standard and care you get from mere green pool house vets practices. From the team on reception to the vets themselves are all professional and welcoming. We know Our 3 kittens are in good hands when they visit.

Can’t recommend this vets enough. I had an appointment tonight for my dog but unfortunately due to him being unwell had to cancel 45 minutes before hand and the staff were so lovely about it. Rescheduled there and then and managed to work with me to sort the time around my working hours. Nothing is ever too much for Pool House Vets. All of the vets and reception staff are lovely especially Amy! Always so helpful, kind, caring and understanding, nothing is ever too much for them! They’re so passionate about their job and it really shows :) In these very uncertain times they have the best procedure in place and I would happily leave my dog with anyone here and I know he will be safe and looked after. Well done guys and thank for everything!

So happy I chose this vets for my two cats. I think they're handling the whole covid situation brilliantly. The girl on reception (Amy) is so lovely and chatty. I met the vet at the door who clearly explained the treatment my cat would need, the benefits and what I could expect in the future. I have total faith that they will care for my pets in the future. Can not recommend Shawhall enough! From the first telephone conversation i felt reassured. My bulldog rolo has severe adhd and does not sit still he thinks everyone should pay him attention and will drag me wherever until he gets a fuss! However he is a loving boy and is my baby! He had a cherry come up on his eye a couple of months ago and the vets had quoted me 983.00 for removal which obviously was a bit steep. My sister came across Shawhall on Facebook and has since started following your Facebook page to get tips for her bulldog. Anyway contacted Shawhall and was booked in for the following day, when we arrived there was another dog in there so obviously rolo decided that he was going to act up! The vet put the anatheric in rolos eye with ease, however doing the procedure was looking to be difficult because of how excited rolo was! They both persevered with rolo and with a little help from myself it was over and done with in seconds! Pain free no cry’s or yelps from rolo and it was all over. As you can see from the photo below the miracle they worked on my boy! Oh and I forgot to mention I was quoted £100.00 for full removal including everything I needed for the aftercare. Thank you again so much!

Just had my daughter's bulldog treated for cherry eye in both eyes. what a fabulous place this is. Very professional and polite and the procedure only took a few minutes. As for the price of £100 per eye having quoted £1000 per eye at every other place we tried well its a no brainer even including the 50 mile round trip we had to make. highly recommended.

Amazing place. The staff are so friendly and always make you feel welcome. Chrissy is an amazing vet. I’ve had many appointments here for my dogs from puppy vaccinations, cherry eye removal down to Infections. Can’t fault them at all. Definitely worth travelling out of town for them.

Absolutely fantastic, was told by my vet £1000+ to sort my xl bully's cherry eye with no guarantee it would solve long term. Was removed here for £100, quick procedure with brilliant staff. Many thanks, would highly recommend

After an absence from dog ownership for many years, I returned this morning with our new JR Puppy Zazu for his first visit. Great atmosphere with a friendly welcome for us both. Steve was brilliant with Zazu with the first vaccination dose / microchipping / claw clipping, and good advice, all done in a matter of minutes whilst keeping Zazu calm :) Thank you for the best start for him, and the assurance that he's a fit and healthy little turbo puppy ;)

Top top top people care for all our pets dogs and cats really look after us and no extreme prices would highly recommend all the staff for there professionalism in caring for our pets as if they were there own thanks debs and the rest of the team will definitely recommend to others thanks all

We have been coming to Bilston Veterinary Clinic for 14 years The care and treatments for Odin were exemplary. The staff treat your pet loke there own. Sadly we lost our boy Odin 16 weeks ago and the pain will never leave us. What I will say is this the service we have always had and even after his passing was second to none. We sat with Odin till he passed in my arms and he stayed home till the next morning we wouldn't take Odin any where else and he would not have liked it either. The next morning we took him in the team were all there we were all emotional but they were so attentive, kind and compassionate They have known Odin since he was a pup it felt like family. They were so dignified and let us stay with him for as long as we wanted too he had already gone but the care was outstanding . Even down to sorting out his cremation. We were not disappointed with the results a lot of thought went behind it all and we could not have asked for a better way of doing it. We would like to thank Steve and Deb and the team for all the hard work in keeping the Clinic to a very high standard. Blessings 💜 to you all 🙏🏾

Fantastic service for all the paws in my house. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Reasonably priced. And always available within an hour of phone call. The WhatsApp service in invaluable and I’ve never heard of that before. But it’s healed a lot without an appointment. 5 stars because in grateful of all the services provided. And your kindness goes along way.

What can I say?? Our dear beautiful boy called Bandit was taken to 387 vet’s for emergency surgery while on the care of my daughter when we were in Jamaica. He had a foreign body in his intestines that cause significant damage and the surgery was long. He passed on the table at the final hour which was simply traumatic and distressing for all the staff at 387 vets. I want to thank Carlos, Jennifer, Hamish, all the nurses and all the reception staff for trying their best to save his life and the kindness and compassion going over and above to call me in Jamaica and my daughter at home to deliver the devastating news. They arranged for his cremation and gave me the time we needed for a debrief of what happened on my return. When I tell people of my experience and the loss of Bandit they comment on what a wonderful practice 387 vets must be. The care Bandit received was second to none and I am at peace with the way he was cared for and loved in his final hours. Cannot thank you enough for helping us through such a horrible time

I volunteer for a cat rescue that this vets has supported. They have an excellent standard of care and always make sure the animals receive first class treatment. The staff are very polite and helpful amd always help to relieve the stress of taking a sick animal to the vets.

Our family (and others we've recommended) has been using this vets for nearly 20 years and we couldn't recommend them enough. Our experience with 387 vets has been overwhelmingly positive and any concerns or issues we've had have always been addressed promptly. They might appear more expensive than other vets in the area but their services match the price. They've approached all of our pets with genuine care and compassion (and this is true for everyone we've dealt with at the practice) and have answered any questions we've had about treatment (and we've asked quite a few!) with compassion and clarity. One of our cats went through chemotherapy here last year and they out our minds at ease throughout this stressful time. They even allowed one of our other cats to accompany him, to help with her behaviour after each of his chemotherapy visits. Our other cat recently stopped eating and they didn't hesitate to look into what the issue may be and provided us with options on how best to help her. The staff are lovely and I genuinely don't think you can find a better vet practice than this one. We appreciate everything you have done for and continue to do for us! Thank you.

Our eldest cat Coco has had dental problems and recently underwent surgery at Burntwood performed by Harvey Tate ( prior to going in Coco developed what we thought was a leg injury,but Harvey believed it just to a strain of some kind) Just to say a big thankyou to Harvey and the team for the work and care put into looking after Coco ( he's an old boy ,,Coco that is 😂 ) and after 7 days of being confined to barracks,Coco has been signed off and he's plodding around the garden..also thanks to the receptionist, think it's Amanda? Who has Al Pacas ,she was very nice and we had a good laugh with her ...thankyou again for the care and attention given to Coco

Friendly and attentive both times we have been, gave good advice and treatment without leaving us with the feeling that they were in it for the money unlike some vets we've been to. Cooper liked her.

Been using Orchard Vets since 1989 when it was just Mr Dudley in Lower High Street. Their insurance scheme is well worth the money and staff are always friendly and helpful.

The staff at Orchard vets in Wednesbury were fantastic today. Our little cat had been shot, and the staff were so compassionate and caring. They removed the pellets, gave lots of advice about what we should do next, and have ensured her aftercare. The vet spent lots of time talking to us - such a lovely lady. Thank you ❤️

Have used Orchard since they first opened in Wednesbury 40+ years ago. They have amazing, caring vets, nurses and reception/admin staff. Our Fur babies have always received the best care and treatment.

Well what can I possibly say about Rock House Vets…. There is no other vets like it…. They continually go above and beyond for my self and my animals… I trust this place with my whole heart. We have recently had the saddest moment in our lives… we had to make the decision to put our beloved basset hound to rest, she was 14, they made the whole experience just perfect. We was with her till the end, the staff was fantastic with my self and my children. 100% trust them. 🐾🐾

The birth didn’t go to plan so thank you for swiftly getting us in and saving her puppies. The staff were incredible with us all and guidence with aftercare. Absolutely amazing vets! Betty went here for her BOAS surgery today and the staff here have been amazing from start to finish! From the moment I called to her first appointment and operation today, every member of staff there are just so lovely! Betty’s BOAS surgery has been performed amazingly and her nostrils look fabulous! The aftercare is also so detailed with a contact number/whatsapp for support when needed. I am honestly so happy my dog has been treated here and so happy I have found such a fabulous place to bring my bulldog! The love and care they offer is absolutely amazing! Thank you!

Staff are very helpful, and I know my puppy is in great hands, staff explain everything to you and put you at ease, and it’s affordable.

Our gsd was friends with white cross for 5 yrs they made visits very easy for him and looked after him for a few small procedures and finally at his last visit. Couldnt fault the service from everyone there. Also now with our new journey with our cockerpoo ruby look forward to our visits.

First visit and we were very impressed the staff were lively and helpful. The vet explained everything well and told us the cost up front. They also do a pet plan very good.

Been to carmel vets today for the first time. The staff on reception were lovely very friendly and chatty. I've been taking bonnie to other vets for years with the same problem and never really had a solution. The vet at carmel straight away put her on an allergy medication. Don't understand why this couldn't have been suggested before at old vets. Thanks for your help and we shall see you again with the rest of my animals. And a big thanks to simone like another review my bonnie is a bit shy . Simone was very patient and kind to bonnie that's a priority for me again thanks.

My Daisy is extremely nervous of the vet, and Simone was brilliant, she took the time to help Daisy to feel more at ease, I will definitely book in with Simone in future.

Unfortunately my partner had to say goodbye to his 17 year old cat. We were both treated with kindness and compassion and my partner was given time to say goodbye. Although we didn't choose to get him cremated. We were given a paw print, some of his fur and a little note. He had been treated mostly at Jeffcock Road. And we would like to thank all those for the care Mr P received.

We brought our dog in for a keyhole spay. Throughout the whole process the vets were very helpful and informative, and the operation itself went perfectly. The ladies on reception were always friendly and helpful, the whole process was made very stress-free. Cannot fault them at all!
