After an absence from dog ownership for many years, I returned this morning with our new JR Puppy Zazu for his first visit. Great atmosphere with a friendly welcome for us both. Steve was brilliant with Zazu with the first vaccination dose / microchipping / claw clipping, and good advice, all done in a matter of minutes whilst keeping Zazu calm :) Thank you for the best start for him, and the assurance that he's a fit and healthy little turbo puppy ;)

We have been coming to Bilston Veterinary Clinic for 14 years The care and treatments for Odin were exemplary. The staff treat your pet loke there own. Sadly we lost our boy Odin 16 weeks ago and the pain will never leave us. What I will say is this the service we have always had and even after his passing was second to none. We sat with Odin till he passed in my arms and he stayed home till the next morning we wouldn't take Odin any where else and he would not have liked it either. The next morning we took him in the team were all there we were all emotional but they were so attentive, kind and compassionate They have known Odin since he was a pup it felt like family. They were so dignified and let us stay with him for as long as we wanted too he had already gone but the care was outstanding . Even down to sorting out his cremation. We were not disappointed with the results a lot of thought went behind it all and we could not have asked for a better way of doing it. We would like to thank Steve and Deb and the team for all the hard work in keeping the Clinic to a very high standard. Blessings 💜 to you all 🙏🏾

I have visited twice recently with my cat Geir. Both times we got an appointment at short notice and the reception team was very friendly and professional. We've seen Carla and she's a lovely vet - takes time to listen and discuss options and is very kind and caring when handling Geir.

I’ve taken Porter to this team since I rescued him 5yrs ago. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They treat him beautifully. And treat us both like family. Even when it’s not been what I’ve wanted to hear information is given considerately and and professionally.

I have been to quite a few different veterinary surgeries due to moving houses. This one is honestly the best by far! I am so pleased with how everyone dealt with my extremely anxious 19 year old Chihuahua. I was also very anxious as she was due to undergo an op. The vet Alan was very informative, very caring and certainly very knowledgeable. He tailored everything from start to finish to help ease my anxiety and make sure that the op was carried out with endless precautions and great care. All the nurses and the reception staff at this place are extremely understanding, caring and always provide excellent customer service. Highly recommended. My Chico is already recovering and seems very happy. ❤️

My Vizsla was dealt with professionally and received treatment that quickly got her on the road to recovery.

At each visit, Augustus is treated like a true VIP. The entire team at Blackheath Veterinary Centre are welcoming, knowledgeable and engaging. Naturally, taking your beloved pet to the vet isn’t a nice situation to be in but at least here, it doesn’t ever feel too bad. And even after the amount of trouble our boy gets himself into, he still enjoys coming to the vets. Couldn’t recommend a better care team than this one!

Can’t recommend enough, Ted loves it here! Ted is adopted from Birminghams dog home and finds social situations, other dogs and people abit overwhelming but he absolutely loves it here! As soon as we turn up he runs straight in to greet everyone. Unfortunately, I’m unable to cut his nails down and find it easier taking him to the vets, he’s got much better with time. They’re Very quick to respond to emails too, never had an issue and always seem to get an appointment when requested. I’ve just recommended my family to their services as the vets they are currently at are very expensive. The team go above and beyond for Ted. Please see a picture of him after his nail cut! :)

At Carmel Vets I and my kitten are treated like royalty. Kiara's needs and care is paramount to them and I feel safe taking her there

Unfortunately we had to have our dog put to sleep after she suffered a serious stroke. Carmel Vets managed to get us an emergency appointment and were very caring and empathetic when we made the sad decision to have her put to sleep due to the severity of her symptoms and old age. We arranged for her to have an individual cremation and we collected her ashes just over a week later. They also included a paw print in a card, a lock of her fur, plus a sympathy card and small packet of forget-me-not seeds. Carmel have been very good to us throughout this whole process and have been very compassionate. Thank you.

Thank you for taking care of T4 in his last couple of weeks of life.😢 The compassion, attention and attitude of everyone has always been exceptional, but the support over the last two weeks have gone above and beyond. If anyone is looking for a suitable vet for any animal, you will not find better than Warpole & Bingham (now Carmel) in Penn Fields, Wolverhampton.

I have been very happy with all of the vets who have helped with George over the years highly recommended by be all the staff too have allways been friendly and helpful.

I simply can’t recommend them enough. Narla need out of hours care calls answered with compassion by well informed staff. Big shout out to Tracey you are amazing. I have worthy to note been with the practice 2 years rarely leave reviews this is worth a 5 star review.

I was dubious about going there because we had a terrible experience with another vets inside Pets at Home. I was pleasantly surprised!! The staff are lovely! We had our Sphynx spayed and she was nice and toasty warm when we collected her. Their prices are much more reasonable than other vets. I really would have liked to go to an independent surgery but theirs and other chains were nearly another 50% more expensive. Highly recommend and they will be where we take our pets from now on.

Staff are very friendly and really made me feel reassured when I took my dog in for a check up after suspected seizure, quality of care is amazing and advice offered was great. This vets definitely care more about pets wellbeing than money and prices are reasonable too I would definitely recommend this vets

Great experience. Took my two dogs for their annual boosters and my experience was excellent. First time visit after transferring from Vale in Kidderminster. I've been waiting for availability to register my pets as they closed their list for a long time. The receptionist could have been more friendly but the vet was lovely..she was really nice to my dogs and chatted to them whilst examining them. She was very thorough and I loved her manner. Waiting time was almost zero and the price very reasonable - cheaper than my previous vets. All in all, very impressed.

My poor little rat, Rue, went to sleep yesterday at companion care. The experience from start to finish was so kind and compassionate. On the phone they were gentle explaining our options, and when we entered the receptionists were so lovely. When we were called in the vet did a check over to make sure it was the right decision which made me feel at ease knowing it was 100% the best choice. The vet explained everything start to finish and was so incredibly patient. She got Rue a blanket and let us spend as much time as we needed with her. Afterwards she was still lovely and reminisced about Rue with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience within such a sad situation. Everyone working there is understanding and caring. I couldn’t recommend anywhere better.

I would like send my gratitude to all the staff at Manor Vets Cradley for their kindness & consideration when I had my elderly cat put to sleep. They made a very sad experience a lot more bearable. Thank you

I had to bring my little Lilith here the other day after she was stung by a bee. It was our first time visiting as I couldn't get to our other vet. From talking on the phone to actually arriving, the service was absolutely fantastic. The receptionist was so helpful and caring and then when we arrived at the centre everyone was really welcoming & friendly. I loved the candle you had on the desk too with the little note about when it is lit. The vet who saw us was wonderful. She was so gentle and genuinely cared about Lilith. The vet was even amazing with my children and let my son play with one of the dogs toys that he really wanted to play with 😅 I would absolutely recommend this vets and will be sticking with them from now on.

First time visiting Manor Vets and the receptionists were very friendly and the vet was informative regarding my kitten ,l had the kitten pack which I thought was good value.

We have used the vets since having our dog, they are always helpful and friendly and look after our dog.

Dealt with the loss of our beloved pet with kindness and dignity. I didn't have to enter the surgery, they came out to me. Made an incredibly difficult time a little easier.

Have returned to AK Duncan's after 6 years overseas. Still had our details, great to work with and great advice as always. While we don't want to have to use their services for our fur babies, it is great knowing they are there when we need them.

Absolutely amazing vets. All of the staff really kind and friendly. Our cat ralph was handled with such care and gentleness, he decided he wanted to hang out for a bit in the scales.

I have no words for how amazing this vet practise is. Honestly the most loveliest people work here and they are so knowledgable and skillful as well - you can tell that they are in this job for the animals. They don't rush you or your animal, they explain everything like you're a person and they want to fix this issue not just give mask the problem. Within 3 weeks my dog has had 2 biopsies and a toe removal due to a cancerous growth. They are speedy with everything and I'm shocked that everything is so fast. They are also one of the cheapest in the area as well - £200 for a biopsy when our last vet practise was asking for £1000+. Absolutely no faults with this place and everyone cares so much about the animals. After each surgery/biopsy, we have had a call the next day to make sure everything is okay. Whilst he was in their care after his surgery, they called is multiple times keeping us updated and letting us know he was okay. I wish we knew about this vets sooner!

Excellent vets and groomers next door really great with Alfie. Staff friendly and so skilled and knowledgeable. Would recommend Local Vets to anyone your furry friend will be in safe hands.
