I would never use any other veterinary practice. I've used this practice for 43 years, through changes of vets and nurses and changes surgery locations. I've always been happy with the treatment all of our animals have had, over the years, and I also feel like a valued client.

After an absence from dog ownership for many years, I returned this morning with our new JR Puppy Zazu for his first visit. Great atmosphere with a friendly welcome for us both. Steve was brilliant with Zazu with the first vaccination dose / microchipping / claw clipping, and good advice, all done in a matter of minutes whilst keeping Zazu calm :) Thank you for the best start for him, and the assurance that he's a fit and healthy little turbo puppy ;)

Top top top people care for all our pets dogs and cats really look after us and no extreme prices would highly recommend all the staff for there professionalism in caring for our pets as if they were there own thanks debs and the rest of the team will definitely recommend to others thanks all

After an awful experience (where my dog was burnt) at a local vets, I joined White Cross Tividale around a year ago. I cannot fault them at all. Their appointments always run to a reasonable time, yet you're not rushed out. They explain everything to you, and how much it costs and don't rip you off in the slightest. All the staff are animal lovers and incredibly friendly and I am so glad I've found such a good vets that I trust. Thank you so much - 5 star in my opinion!

Great staff. They accommodate nervous or reactive dogs very well. Fully trust them to have the animals' and owners' best interests as a priority, unlike previous experiences with other local vets. They don't rip you off with inflated charges. Very professional and friendly and give each animal the best care.

Rosie is the best vet in every single way she is calm she listens to your concerns takes time with each animal that sees her she is a credit to the west midlands we are lucky to have you Rosie thankyou ever so much for helping me with little ted and. I was at a loss when unfortunately this Friday 1 of my cats became unwell, with the cost of living I had no finance's to pay for veterinary care. I tried everywhere but still no luck. I was at my wits end until I called Harrison vets. My call was answered immediately and I was assured they would be able to help. I was greeted with professionalism, warmth and respect. From my initial call until my pet was seen it only took an hour and a quarter. They are a kind bunch of people who clearly think pets matter. I am truly grateful and would highly recommend.

I take all my pets here. Rosie is such an amazing vet. Very knowledgeable and passionate and such a lovely, genuine person. She never rushes a consultation and goes above and beyond to ensure my pets get the best care possible. All the staff are super friendly and seem to have my pets best interests at heart. They don't seem to want to make a quick buck out of you like other vets I have used in the past. I can't speak highly enough about Rosie and her team. I would 100% recommend Harrisons to everyone.

Our cat Timmy had to put to sleep after it was diagnosed that he had an aggressive growth under the eye he had to have had removed previously. The staff at St. Georges were knowledgeable, empathic, sympathetic and they provided an excellent service at such a difficult time, even sending us a sympathy card a few days afterwards. While it may not be apparent from her resting grumpy face after our return from St George's yesterday , our cat Fatwans is always extremely well looked after there. Annual check-ups and vaccinations are thorough and reasonably priced. The one time she had a problem after getting into a fight , her treatment was excellent, with lots of reassuring text and email updates from the nurse. Highly recommended for the care of your pets.

Glad they were open Christmas eve as normal to help me with the cat's injuries. Very polite and understanding.

Amazing team at St georges vets. Jen, Harry and the receptionists are so warm and welcoming. They do an amazing job with our dog and two cats. We moved from another vets to here a good while ago and would never go elsewhere now. Really understanding of our dogs needs around other dogs too and make him and us feel welcome and are so friendly towards him. 100% recommend to anyone!

This was our first experience with this Vet and it was brilliant. Staff were friendly and informative. Our dog (7-year-old Lab) is very anxious around new people and barks/jumps when in a new environment. The vet was calm and thorough, and made both us and Jet feel comfortable (plus he gave her a few treats which she loved). We will definitely be bringing her here in the future - best vet we have seen!

Absolutely amazing and caring staff! Taking our beloved dog there knowing she was going to have her last breath at the waterfront vet centre was so upsetting but the staff were so empathetic and could not do enough for us! Even a little card a week later expressing their condolences. Couldn't rate them highly enough!

My cat is poorly at the moment been awhile but she’s been diagnosed now of being diabetic. Bernard dealt with me yesterday explained everything was thoughtful and suggested things to help my baby. Thank you Bernard for being so wonderful with me and my baby.

I simply can’t recommend them enough. Narla need out of hours care calls answered with compassion by well informed staff. Big shout out to Tracey you are amazing. I have worthy to note been with the practice 2 years rarely leave reviews this is worth a 5 star review.

Can genuinely say that Blacks vets were outstanding. My first time using them as an emergency, and from the lovely receptionist,to the fantastic vet i would recommend without hesitation, (already recommended to family and friends) All the staff genuinely care, and listen. Friendly, professional and very good prices. Faultless, and having used many vets over the past 30 years in the area (owned rescue cats years ago) these were by far the best practice i have ever used ❤️

We’ve been coming here over the last couple of months with our Chihuahua, coco. He absolutely adores the staff here and loves the lovely ladies that work on the reception area! As a dog owner i don’t think I’d be able to trust any other vet with our boy now, they made us feel right at home from the first appointment and every one since, strongly recommend! Thank you all so much🥰 And also would highly recommend joining one the pet plans it’s saved us so much money!

Took our cat for its first visit for his injections to this Vets and they were brilliant. The vet was very good with him which made the experience so much easier and the nurses and reception staff were very helpful

Definitely the best Veterinary practice in the area. We get first class but sensibly priced care for our dog, Buster. He is not altogether keen on visiting however, but the vets are incredibly kind and take the time to settle his nerves. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
