Our family (and others we've recommended) has been using this vets for nearly 20 years and we couldn't recommend them enough. Our experience with 387 vets has been overwhelmingly positive and any concerns or issues we've had have always been addressed promptly. They might appear more expensive than other vets in the area but their services match the price. They've approached all of our pets with genuine care and compassion (and this is true for everyone we've dealt with at the practice) and have answered any questions we've had about treatment (and we've asked quite a few!) with compassion and clarity. One of our cats went through chemotherapy here last year and they out our minds at ease throughout this stressful time. They even allowed one of our other cats to accompany him, to help with her behaviour after each of his chemotherapy visits. Our other cat recently stopped eating and they didn't hesitate to look into what the issue may be and provided us with options on how best to help her. The staff are lovely and I genuinely don't think you can find a better vet practice than this one. We appreciate everything you have done for and continue to do for us! Thank you.

Fantastic 387 vets team, 5 stars are not enough. We have used 387 vets on several occasions for our dog Whisper. The level of care received has always been outstanding.with a special mention to vet nurse Alana. Hamish and his team, are outstanding and 100% caring. Fantastic service for all the paws in my house. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Reasonably priced. And always available within an hour of phone call. The WhatsApp service in invaluable and I’ve never heard of that before. But it’s healed a lot without an appointment. 5 stars because in grateful of all the services provided. White Cross Vets have the loveliest, most kind hearted and competent vets, nurses and staff my family have ever known from a vets practice. We’ve been to a few over the years but we can honestly say that they are just brilliant here. The care they show your animals and you is very reassuring and you leave feeling like your animals are in the best of hands. We wouldn’t want to go to anywhere else and I just hope that none of them leave because we love them all!!

Emily, my vet, is truly exceptional. She has a deep understanding of my cat's specific issues and always goes above and beyond to help. Her compassionate approach and extensive knowledge make every visit reassuring. Emily takes the time to explain everything clearly and offers practical solutions that truly work. It's clear she genuinely cares about my cat's well-being, and her dedication is evident in the excellent care she provides. I couldn't ask for a better vet to look after my furry friend. I would recommend any pet owner to these vets, everyone from the receptionist to the lady vet we saw was so nice, kind and helpful. The vet explained everything so nicely and we were not rushed or kept waiting. We always went to st George's but we're very disappointed in them the last twice we went. White Cross so superior really pleased thank you

Rosie is an amazing vet who really cares. Unfortunately I had to have 2 cats pts last year and her compassion was outstanding. I have two cats now with health issues and she is great at explaining treatment and recommending options. Ladies on Reception great and health plan has definitely been worth it for me. Have recommended to friends.

Great veterinary practice and I will always recommend them to anyone. They treated our previous staff Shelly for 12+ years whenever she was ill, our jack russell Lady for just shy of 14 years and now they currently treat our 3 staffs Big Bella, Little Bella & Ruby. They get treated that well Ruby never wants to leave and knocks the door to get in😂🤦‍♀️

After an absence from dog ownership for many years, I returned this morning with our new JR Puppy Zazu for his first visit. Great atmosphere with a friendly welcome for us both. Steve was brilliant with Zazu with the first vaccination dose / microchipping / claw clipping, and good advice, all done in a matter of minutes whilst keeping Zazu calm :) Thank you for the best start for him, and the assurance that he's a fit and healthy little turbo puppy ;)

Our gsd was friends with white cross for 5 yrs they made visits very easy for him and looked after him for a few small procedures and finally at his last visit. Couldnt fault the service from everyone there. Also now with our new journey with our cockerpoo ruby look forward to our visits.

I recently visited Carmel Vets in Falling Park with my pet, and I found the experience to be quite positive. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which helped put both me and my pet at ease. The veterinarian took the time to explain the examination process and answered all my questions thoroughly. I appreciated their willingness to discuss various treatment options without pressuring me into any decisions. The clinic itself was clean and well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long for our appointment. I also liked that they offered a range of services, from routine check-ups to more specialized care. Overall, I felt that my pet received good attention and care during our visit, and I would consider returning for future veterinary needs.

Unfortunately my partner had to say goodbye to his 17 year old cat. We were both treated with kindness and compassion and my partner was given time to say goodbye. Although we didn't choose to get him cremated. We were given a paw print, some of his fur and a little note. He had been treated mostly at Jeffcock Road. And we would like to thank all those for the care Mr P received.

Been to carmel vets today for the first time. The staff on reception were lovely very friendly and chatty. I've been taking bonnie to other vets for years with the same problem and never really had a solution. The vet at carmel straight away put her on an allergy medication. Don't understand why this couldn't have been suggested before at old vets. Thanks for your help and we shall see you again with the rest of my animals. And a big thanks to simone like another review my bonnie is a bit shy . Simone was very patient and kind to bonnie that's a priority for me again thanks.

We took our 8 year old Shi Chi as she wasn't eating , sleeping a lot and just generally not herself . The vet who attended Tilly was extremely attentive to us as worried owners and to our dog . After a scan it was found she had a life threatening infection , which , left any longer would probably have resulted in the heartbreaking unthinkable. She was operated on the very next day , and has been recuperating the last three weeks now . She's back to her feisty lovable old self . We can't thank the vets and staff here enough for their attention and caring demeanour. Thank you all ❤️

Unfortunately, I had to have my dog put to sleep. They were excellent, very kind, caring, and compassionate! Gave as much time as we needed and even came into the room a to take payment first rather than in the communal area, which I thought was another caring touch. Then, a lovely sympathy card came through the post. Thank you for caring and the service you gave on the day. I definitely recommend this vets any day

Recently came into Rockhouse Vets with my girl Mabel who needed cherry eye surgery. I was so worried about her as she’s my baby but I needn’t have been the service when you enter makes you feel it ease. They really know what they’re on about and that made me feel confident that they would do the best for my Mabel. The prices are really competitive and the surgery didn’t take long. She’s now doing really well and I couldn’t have asked for a better Vets .

Wow just amazing! 🤩 I have had a wonderful experience with Rock House Vets and have visited multiple times, even traveling over an hour to get there. The staff are highly professional, and the receptionists are always friendly and go out of their way to help. The vets are incredibly kind, understanding, and take the time to listen to any concerns. On my most recent visit with my baby kittens, they were seen by the asian male vet, who has become their absolute favorite! They adored him and remained incredibly calm throughout the appointment, even purring while getting their vaccinations. His gentle and softly spoken nature clearly put them at ease, which was so lovely to see. After their vaccinations and health checks, they were given beautifully presented, high-quality vaccination records. I also received a health certificate, which is something not many vets offer—it added an extra professional touch to the experience. I really appreciate the competitively priced packages they offer, and the clinic itself has a lovely decor. The on-site parking is also very convenient. Overall, I’ve had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Rock House Vets!

The birth didn’t go to plan so thank you for swiftly getting us in and saving her puppies. The staff were incredible with us all and guidence with aftercare. Unfortunately we had to have our dog put to sleep after she suffered a serious stroke. Carmel Vets managed to get us an emergency appointment and were very caring and empathetic when we made the sad decision to have her put to sleep due to the severity of her symptoms and old age. We arranged for her to have an individual cremation and we collected her ashes just over a week later. They also included a paw print in a card, a lock of her fur, plus a sympathy card and small packet of forget-me-not seeds. Carmel have been very good to us throughout this whole process and have been very compassionate. Thank you.

Excellent vets.the staff are lovely,caring kind heart and the pet always comes first then the owner which i love.our family have always used them ie my grandad,mom and now me.(use to be called Walpole & Bingham).and even though the name has changed the feeling in the vets and how they are with u hasn't changed.its like walking into your own warm home feeling.and I 1000%+ know and feel that my dog is always in safe hands.

Finally, a decent veterinary practise reachable from Aldridge. Tidy, large reception with an area sectioned off for cats. Great parking too. I was happy with the care and attention the vet had with my injured Moggy. I’ll be using this one if I need to in the future.

I have been going to Connaught Vet's for many years. You hardly ever see the same vet twice. I guess they are all just qualified and it's their first job. They seem to move on. The staff are very pleasant. When I was upset over my cat being put to sleep they were very kind and sent a card and some Forget-me-not seeds.
