The loveliest reception staff ever at a vets! They genuinely love all the animals and are great with people, couldn't do enough to help. Dr Reluca-Stan is an exceptional vet and my dogs love her, we all do! All the aftercare nurses are so informative and compassionate, just lovely people. Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else! And the pet plan is a hassle free, affordable, peace of mind ...well worth the money! A great vets that love your animals like their own! Thank you all so much ❤️

White Cross Vets have the loveliest, most kind hearted and competent vets, nurses and staff my family have ever known from a vets practice. We’ve been to a few over the years but we can honestly say that they are just brilliant here. The care they show your animals and you is very reassuring and you leave feeling like your animals are in the best of hands. We wouldn’t want to go to anywhere else and I just hope that none of them leave because we love them all!!

I would recommend any pet owner to these vets, everyone from the receptionist to the lady vet we saw was so nice, kind and helpful. The vet explained everything so nicely and we were not rushed or kept waiting. We always went to st George's but we're very disappointed in them the last twice we went. White Cross so superior really pleased thank you

Great veterinary practice and I will always recommend them to anyone. They treated our previous staff Shelly for 12+ years whenever she was ill, our jack russell Lady for just shy of 14 years and now they currently treat our 3 staffs Big Bella, Little Bella & Ruby. They get treated that well Ruby never wants to leave and knocks the door to get in😂🤦‍♀️

After an absence from dog ownership for many years, I returned this morning with our new JR Puppy Zazu for his first visit. Great atmosphere with a friendly welcome for us both. Steve was brilliant with Zazu with the first vaccination dose / microchipping / claw clipping, and good advice, all done in a matter of minutes whilst keeping Zazu calm :) Thank you for the best start for him, and the assurance that he's a fit and healthy little turbo puppy ;)

I recently visited Carmel Vets in Falling Park with my pet, and I found the experience to be quite positive. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which helped put both me and my pet at ease. The veterinarian took the time to explain the examination process and answered all my questions thoroughly. I appreciated their willingness to discuss various treatment options without pressuring me into any decisions. The clinic itself was clean and well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long for our appointment. I also liked that they offered a range of services, from routine check-ups to more specialized care. Overall, I felt that my pet received good attention and care during our visit, and I would consider returning for future veterinary needs.

I had to put my cat to sleep they were very personal and explained everything. My cat was 19, so had lived a full life. They gave me time with her and gave me my space to day goodbye

Been to carmel vets today for the first time. The staff on reception were lovely very friendly and chatty. I've been taking bonnie to other vets for years with the same problem and never really had a solution. The vet at carmel straight away put her on an allergy medication. Don't understand why this couldn't have been suggested before at old vets. Thanks for your help and we shall see you again with the rest of my animals. And a big thanks to simone like another review my bonnie is a bit shy . Simone was very patient and kind to bonnie that's a priority for me again thanks.

Unfortunately my partner had to say goodbye to his 17 year old cat. We were both treated with kindness and compassion and my partner was given time to say goodbye. Although we didn't choose to get him cremated. We were given a paw print, some of his fur and a little note. He had been treated mostly at Jeffcock Road. And we would like to thank all those for the care Mr P received.

Wow just amazing! 🤩 I have had a wonderful experience with Rock House Vets and have visited multiple times, even traveling over an hour to get there. The staff are highly professional, and the receptionists are always friendly and go out of their way to help. The vets are incredibly kind, understanding, and take the time to listen to any concerns. On my most recent visit with my baby kittens, they were seen by the asian male vet, who has become their absolute favorite! They adored him and remained incredibly calm throughout the appointment, even purring while getting their vaccinations. His gentle and softly spoken nature clearly put them at ease, which was so lovely to see. After their vaccinations and health checks, they were given beautifully presented, high-quality vaccination records. I also received a health certificate, which is something not many vets offer—it added an extra professional touch to the experience. I really appreciate the competitively priced packages they offer, and the clinic itself has a lovely decor. The on-site parking is also very convenient. Overall, I’ve had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Rock House Vets!

Recently came into Rockhouse Vets with my girl Mabel who needed cherry eye surgery. I was so worried about her as she’s my baby but I needn’t have been the service when you enter makes you feel it ease. They really know what they’re on about and that made me feel confident that they would do the best for my Mabel. The prices are really competitive and the surgery didn’t take long. She’s now doing really well and I couldn’t have asked for a better Vets .

I just want to say Thankyou so much for your assistance with my Frenchie Astrid and her babies this service has been nothing but 10/10. The birth didn’t go to plan so thank you for swiftly getting us in and saving her puppies. The staff were incredible with us all and guidence with aftercare. Ive had cats all my life and ive just had the best experience i couldve wished for with Marta. One of my cats gets extremely distressed with appointments and can get vicious when she’s anxious. Upon todays appointment I was so nervous but Marta was incredible. She really took the time to calm Peach, let her know she was safe, fed her and fussed her, not at all rushing. She managed to give her the injection without a flinch and even was able to give her a full health check, what other vets had previously declined doing due to Peach becoming aggressive. Not a single scratch or tear from me either during the whole appointment. Thank you Marta.

Fantastic care, service and empathy for our Belle and to us. I cannot rate this company enough. Clearly ran well with the animals and owners well being put first. Emily is a huge credit to what is clearly an excellent family business.

Finally, a decent veterinary practise reachable from Aldridge. Tidy, large reception with an area sectioned off for cats. Great parking too. I was happy with the care and attention the vet had with my injured Moggy. I’ll be using this one if I need to in the future.

We took our 8 year old Shi Chi as she wasn't eating , sleeping a lot and just generally not herself . The vet who attended Tilly was extremely attentive to us as worried owners and to our dog . After a scan it was found she had a life threatening infection , which , left any longer would probably have resulted in the heartbreaking unthinkable. She was operated on the very next day , and has been recuperating the last three weeks now . She's back to her feisty lovable old self . We can't thank the vets and staff here enough for their attention and caring demeanour. Thank you all ❤️

Excellent vets.the staff are lovely,caring kind heart and the pet always comes first then the owner which i love.our family have always used them ie my grandad,mom and now me.(use to be called Walpole & Bingham).and even though the name has changed the feeling in the vets and how they are with u hasn't changed.its like walking into your own warm home feeling.and I 1000%+ know and feel that my dog is always in safe hands.

Unfortunately we had to have our dog put to sleep after she suffered a serious stroke. Carmel Vets managed to get us an emergency appointment and were very caring and empathetic when we made the sad decision to have her put to sleep due to the severity of her symptoms and old age. We arranged for her to have an individual cremation and we collected her ashes just over a week later. They also included a paw print in a card, a lock of her fur, plus a sympathy card and small packet of forget-me-not seeds. Carmel have been very good to us throughout this whole process and have been very compassionate. Thank you.

Brilliant advice about supporting my dog's mental health today from Katie, alongside giving him his usual annual vaccinations. I cannot fault this veterinary practice they are by far and away the best I have come across in over forty-five years of animal guardianship.

Absolutely brilliant practice. Reasonably priced and so caring to both Pets and owners. Such care after the death of my beloved dog , Loki. Even received a bereavement card, expressing sorrow for my loss.

The staff are so gentle, competent and kind. My cat is very anxious and nervous about going to the vet's and they always manage to put her at ease, especially Kate! The waiting area can be a bit stressful if it's full and there are dogs barking but this can't really be helped.

First visit and we were very impressed the staff were lively and helpful. The vet explained everything well and told us the cost up front. They also do a pet plan very good.

Staff are very helpful, and I know my puppy is in great hands, staff explain everything to you and put you at ease, and it’s affordable.
