On Friday I had to make the hardest decision of my life to let my beloved dog Tyler pass away peacefully. This wonderful lady made his peaceful and graceful end possible. I really can’t thank you enough for making this experience so calm and comfortable for him, he had a lovely end to a happy little life (15 years and 7 months)

We can't find the right words to express our "Thanks " to Rachel. We sadly had to make that hard decision to put our 2 old beautiful fur babies to sleep.Rachel was so caring & respectful & talked us through each & every step.What was lovely, she left us for a sort period of time so we could say our own goodbye in private.Rachel from the bottom of our hearts "Thank you again " it was definitely the best decision that we could have picked for our girls being at home, going peacefully together in their own bed. You are a true angel xx

Having a much loved pet put to sleep is an incredibly difficult decision to make, Rachel was not only kind & gentle with Barney but also compassionate & caring with us. She made his last moments painless & peaceful, whilst easing any misgivings we had. All in all it was as stress-free as it possibly could be. Thank you Rachel, we really did appreciate your kindness.

Beginning of July I had to make the decision all pet owners dread of having to put my faithful friend to sleep . I was lucky to find out that Rachel could come to my home to do this . She was lovely. Explained everything to me and my beautiful Crystal passed peacefully away . Grateful thanks for helping both of us find a peaceful parting .

Coventry PDSA Pet Hospital is a very helpful place to go when your pet needs an uplift in its health. The staff are friendly and helpful. Car parking is good too.

Lovely staff, they are clearly extremely busy. I'm really reassured that emails that I send get answered very quickly with all the information I need. The vet and the veterinary nurse were very kind to me.... Whilst I blubbered away in the corner! 😭

Most importantly, remember that these amazing people are working for a charity, so sometimes having to wait is the least of inconveniences. I have taken a number of people here over the years and cannot praise them highly enough. Please, give as much as you can to help out, as veterinary fees in the private sector are not cheap.

I could not recommend Medivet Coventry more. I have recently moved my dogs from another vet in Coventry and the service has been great. My dog recently had his castration there and I was extremely worried as the last time he had anaesthetic he had a cardiac arrest. The team at Medivet were reassuring throughout, talked me through the drugs they were using and why he would likely not have the same reaction. The team updated me periodically through the day as they knew I was worried. Outside of this, the practice is friendly, prices are reasonable, there’s ample parking and there is good availability for getting appointments.

My Baby Motti has been going to this vets over 10 years. Radford Road branch and Broad Lane. Staff are super caring understanding. If ever emergency appointment is needed they will do there best to fit the pet in either at Radford or Broad Lane. I don't know where I would be without them.The Reception Staff are very good handling the situation at hand. They try to give you the best advice they can. 100% Fantastic Marvellous job they are doing. Hats off to all Dr and Nurses for all the beautiful 😍 Years you have given me. 🐕‍🦺🐾🦮

Really nice and staff were lovely and knowledgeable and my cats really responded to the vet - However there is no parking which is a bit of the pain carrying small animals and cats. Local parking isn't easy either as there are limited spaces and restrictions in place. I wasn't made aware of this when booking the appointment. Also i was not made aware there would be dogs in the clinic at the same time, Luckly the dog and my cats didn't seem to be bothered but it would of been good to be prewarned this was not a cat safe day as the waiting room is small with no real place to hide them and with the parking issue you cant wait in the car either.

Excellent place.. Always feel that my pets are well looked after. Lovely staff and pleasant environment.. Definitely recommend this vets.

The practice has as much time for our 20 year old cat as any cat younger than her. Glad to know the head vet and her staff are keen to help her live her life to the best she can, whilst we don’t expect miracles, it’s lovely to be treated with such positivity. Rushed my puppy to vets after an allergic reaction, they were very friendly and helpful even though it was closing time. It was very much appreciated by us, would definitely recommend anyone to use this vet practice. Always feels more of a personalised service here too. Thankfully Daisy was back to normal the next morning after her ordeal.

Nice experience, we were right on time. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. My cat got vaccinated, chipped and his nails were clipped. Only 4 available parking which was occupied. Had to park across the street.

After a horrendous experience at another vets I moved my cats care over to Godiva, I can honestly say it was the best thing I ever did. Every vet I have seen in the practice is amazing, truly care about your pets care and well-being. The ongoing issue my previous vet failed to deal with and left my cat struggling was swiftly dealt with and she is now much better after getting the right treatment. Dottie cat and I Highly recommend this practice.

I have used Godiva in Cheylesmore for many years. I find the staff friendly, helpful and professional. I have never had a problem in getting an urgent appointment. The treatment has always been successful and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

Jen at Bell & Partners is amazing with my anxious Romanian rescue dog Leo. I needed a female vet as he doesn’t like men. He has seen Jen a few times and quite likes going to the vets now, unlike most dogs - he gets some nice fuss and a biscuit when we first started going as he was initially terrified. All the ladies there are great with him and me - whilst I am an overprotective dog mum, I fully trust them. No issues with raw fed diet which is something I worried about. We visited again today and Leo needed a blood test. I was really worried so left him with the staff so my nerves didn’t rub off on him. Hadn’t have needed to worry - done quickly and no issues. I even cried at one consultation and Jen was great with me too! I am very fussy with who I like. Amazing woman, highly recommend!!!

I would like to say a massive thank you to vet Rod who saved my cat with his quick thinking and expertise. He was caring and kind at a time when I was sure that I was going to loose my beautiful pet. He went above and beyond to make him better and I will be forever grateful. I would recommend him to anyone and have complete faith in his knowledge and he is a great asset to Bell and partners. I would also like to thank Claire on reception who was very kind and also the practice manager.

We moved across to Medivet Bedworth as the Bell Green branch closed down pleased to say we received the same fantastic service from booking apointments through to the genuine care shown to our dogs and Cats I would highly recomend Medivet Bedworth if you love your pets

Lily and the team have been looking after my three dogs and my parents two dogs for around 8 years. All of the staff are so professional and caring, the new practice is really big, super clean and really easy to find and park. I have one dog that is aggressive for the vets and they are so accommodating and experienced, that I don't feel nervous leaving him in their care and he's usually won over by treats 🤣 I wouldn't go anywhere else because I 100% trust that they are safe and act always in the best interest of my pets. Excellent vets at Medivet Bedworth. All staff are friendly. I recommend this practice.

After reading the fantastic reviews, we mices from our old vets and registered our cat to Medivet. They have been lovely, caring, and very quick with getting prescriptions ready. Booking appointments is easy, and the vets seem to genuinely care for your pet taking the time to make them feel comfortable at the appointment. We are using the Medivet Health Care plan which again I would highly recommend.

We usually go to the Broad Lane surgery, but due to not being able to get an appointment for 2 weeks, we were redirected to the Balsall Common practice. Loads of car parking, no waiting, straight in and out. Even left the car there whilst we walked the dog around a lovely park, behind the shops, which, in all my years I never knew existed.
