Great service. I was lucky Charlie was able to fit the job in within 24 hours of my enquiry. Polite, friendly and arrived promptly. Shower was fitted efficiently, tested for leaks and good to go. All at a reasonable price. I was going to leave him to it but the interesting conversation was an unexpected bonus. Highly recommend.

Fantastic plumbing services, definitely recommend. Initially called out as we had a burst pipe in the bathroom. Came out same day and fixed the problem very quickly with no hassle. Then called out a second time to fit a new radiator to the wall. Again no issues at all. Great customer service and rapid responses.

Mac has just serviced my boiler. He kept me in touch with the time he would come and was prompt. Really friendly and talked me through all the procedure as he carried out the boiler service, giving advice on how to maintain it. The price was really reasonable compared to other companies I contacted too. I would highly recommend MAC Plumbing and Heating.

I was having problems with my boiler's pressure and couldn't use the heating, so I contacted MAC and Muktar came out the following day and fixed the problem. He was brilliant - friendly, great knowledge and really helpful, he even checked in the following day to make sure that all was well. I recommend him 100%.

I've been using Premier Gas who are now part of JLN plumbing and heating to do installations and servicing for approx 14 years and they are a brilliant company to deal with. This week after I discovered I had a small leak from by combi I phoned the help desk and the friendly lady heard my concerns and was able to give me a next day appointment so I'm very thankful for that. I was due a service very soon so that was also placed onto the same appointment. The next morning I received a text message to say an engineer, Lawrence was on his way. On his arrival Lawrence looked at the situation and soon put me at ease that it wasn't too much of a problem to put right. Lawrence explained in a friendly professional manner what he needed to do and he completed the job including service. Then he cleared and cleaned up all his belongings and left nothing behind. So I'm very grateful for everyone's help this week.

I've used JLN to replace two boilers in different homes and each time they do a fantastic job. Very neat and tidy pipework, cleaned up afterwards. With the boiler move they even chose the correct bricks to fill the old flu hole. I've never had to call them back for any leaks etc. polite and respectful workers. Highly recommended 😀

Had our boiler replaced by Kieran and Adam in late April 2024. They arrived early on the day of the install and got straight to work. There were a number of unforeseen circumstances, such as the dimensions of the new boiler necessitating its relocation to the opposite wall, but they were very open in telling me what was necessary and got on with the job. They also spotted a number of instances were the previous install was dangerous (for example, flexi pipe used on a pressured system, which they swapped out with copper piping, and no pressure valve on the mains inlet, which they added). Highly professional plumbers, would recommend to anyone needing work done.

We had an issue with a toilet leak, and luckily my husband stumbled across Maz’s company online. Maz found the problem within minutes and fixed it so quickly. I've just moved into a new house, and found a major leak under kitchen sink, and a minor leak under bathroom sink. I called Maz based on his positive Google reviews. Even though it was a Saturday, he came within an hour to evaluate the problem, and on seeing it was serious fixed everything there and then. Kitchen sink was a bit of a job (cracked tap and rusted connections), and took several hours and a replacement tap to fix. Maz explained clearly what he was doing as he went along, and his rates were very reasonable despite the Saturday callout. Great service and highly recommended - thanks a lot!

I had problem with my boiler, was no heating no hot water. Steve made excellent job. He fixed the boiler in a minute even he changed condensation water pipe . He is very kind, helpful. Steve replaced our old gravity fed hot water cylinder, pipework and heating pump with an unvented pressurised cylinder and expansion vessels, running off a conventional Vaillant boiler. No new system boiler required! We also had Hive fitted which works great. No more noisy shower pumps and poor pressure! Steve's quote was very competitive and he appears to have a lot of experience with all types of boilers. You are in safe hands with him and he genuinely cares about his customers. A rare find.
