Fantastic Service from Nu Age Plumbing! I recently had Nu Age replace our boiler, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Dan and the team were incredibly polite, friendly, and professional from start to finish. What seemed like a big, messy job was handled with such care and efficiency—you wouldn’t even know they’d been here! They kept our house neat and tidy throughout the process, completing everything in just one day. We’re now enjoying a warm, cosy house with a modern, efficient heating system, and it’s all thanks to their hard work. Moved into a new build with an air source heat pump which we’ve never had before. We experienced a few teething problems and the staff were always on hand to visit and give us support and advice. The staff are super friendly and helpful from the initial calls to the Head Office where. we were offered dates for the engineer to call, the visits have all been on time and heating issues resolved. Highly recommend for service and after care support.

Excellent work carried out, and a great customer experience - nice, friendly engineer who also answered my questions and explained everything simply to me - an absolute star. A cheaper company let me down badly, but Nu Age were fantastic. Excellent communications, very professional, turned up on time and cleaned up after themselves.
