Mike has completed lots of jobs for us and has always been great. Communication before the work is completed is always swift and helpful. He is always respectful when completing work in the house and always clears away after himself, leaving no mess. Mike is a friendly and approachable guy and I would highly recommend him. No job ever seems too small.

Fantastic experience with Mike from Jones Plumbing & Heating today. I googled a local plumber on Tuesday for a small job in the bathroom. Mike replied straight away, and managed to fit me in two days later. He arrived on time as planned, assessed the job thoroughly and got to work. He was friendly, efficient, really tidy and went above and beyond to explain everything to me. We’ll definitely use him again and would highly recommend.

We had Mike from Jones Plumbing & Heating to service our boiler and as always he has done a brilliant job. We cannot fault his expertise and knowledge of his Plumbing, always clean up after him and cannot do enough for you, and puts you at ease and feel comfortable to have him in our house. Michael fitted a new kitchen tap for me today. He arrived on time, completed the job and cleared up. I’m very pleased, this is the second time I have used his services and am planning to use them again in the near future, highly recommended.

Great service. Fixed up a leak on a gas pipe and fitted the cooker so that it was inline with gas standards. Went out of his way to make sure everything was safe and also gave some advice on a boiler installation that had recently been fitted. Reasonably priced work, highly recommend!

I needed a shower plumbing in, rang Dark Knight plumbing, Dave came round and assessed the job, but it was not as straightforward as first thought. Leaks in pipes I didn't know about , stopcock seized etc. Dave sorted everything out for us. This guy is a great tradesman, he is honest and reliable, and he knows his job.. He charges a fair price for his work. I would not hesitate to use him again, and would recommend him to anyone.. Oh yeah, he has got a wicked sense of humour too. Well done Dave.

Phoned Dave when we had water leaking through the kitchen ceiling the day we returned from holiday. He was with us within an hour and had the fun task of finding the leak between the ceiling and floorboards. Dave found the leak and repaired the pipes that had pin holes in them, left everything clean and explained any next steps with insurance etc. Not only did he do a top job but he is a top bloke too. 5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

Dave was really professional, good and efficient. I discovered a radiator leak very late last night and I was able to contact Dave around midnight... He responded straight away and agreed to come out the following morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Highly recommend Dark Knight Plumbing.

Michael and team have just fitted a new boiler and unvented cylinder system. Arrived on schedule, worked really efficiently with little disruption to ourselves, so pleased with the installation. Their workmanship is very tidy and we highly recommend them!

On Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd August I had my bathroom refurbished. Mike, Greg & Henry worked very hard, nothing was too much trouble. They gave advice where needed and were very professional. On Monday 5th August I had my boiler serviced and on Friday 16th August I had a radiator installed in my conservatory. I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Would highly recommend Proplumb 365. Initially we were going to use Wickes as it just felt right, but I’m so glad we looked around and found these guys. We decided we would supply and they would fit. That way we knew exactly what we were getting once it had all been done. Their attention to details were spot on and good communication all round. At times I felt like I had been very indecisive but they remained very professional and gave me all the time I needed to decide what I wanted. This has involved gutting our old bathroom,moving the toilet,(adding a new soil pipe),new lighting,piping & floorboards. Good attention to detail.Checked with us as they got to different points in the work to ensure it was as we wanted. Arrived on time & completed it in the time they said. Honest pricing,trustworthy (important if you have to go out whilst the job is done), polite & friendly. Cleaned up at the end of each day. Really pleased with the result.They will be our ‘go to’ plumbers in future.

Steve came out within 4 hours when my water heater suddenly stopped working. On both visits (the first to diagnose the problem and the second to fix it with the relevant parts) he was punctual and professional.
