Great service. Fixed up a leak on a gas pipe and fitted the cooker so that it was inline with gas standards. Went out of his way to make sure everything was safe and also gave some advice on a boiler installation that had recently been fitted. Reasonably priced work, highly recommend!

Very professional. Turns up on time and does exactly as described. Installed log burner and gas boiler certificate and service. 5 star couldn’t be more pleased with workmanship. ( likes bacon sausage and egg sandwiches )

Fantastic fitter. Robert came to property to fully assess what was needed and took time to go through all the options. On the day of the fit the stove was installed with minimal fuss or disruption. Very pleased with the service. Would highly recommend.

Steve came out within 4 hours when my water heater suddenly stopped working. On both visits (the first to diagnose the problem and the second to fix it with the relevant parts) he was punctual and professional. Communication was great and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I was also appreciative at his flexibility re the times he could come. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending or using again. 5 STAR SERVICE! We have had 3T gas call out to us today both Ste and Lucas, very professional and arrived with us the same day as the fault had been reported! We were having trouble with our back boiler, thinking we may have to replace it, after reading reviews we called Steve out. He was absolutely brilliant so professional ,friendly and didnt leave a speck of dust behind! he was able to fix the problem which was a relief! Would definitely use Steve again

Immediately after service of gas fire done , unfortunately a problem occured . The Engineer returned promptly and fixed the fire. I am very happy with the service I have had, both Receptionists and Engineer are very pleasant and efficient to deal with. Would happily recommend this company

Joe carries out our annual boiler service and has also completed other jobs for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and always provides a professional and efficient service. I have used Turnberry plumbing and heating for the last 11 years. When I moved into our house, Joe and his team moved and installed a new boiler, he also replaced radiators as required. Each year the boiler is serviced and an affordable cost and at a convenient time and date. I have found Joe to be friendly, polite and trustworthy in not only his work but also in the advice he gives, he does not pressure sell and will give an honest account of what is happening. A BIG THANK YOU. I messaged 9am Christmas day as pump in my boiler went the night before and we were freezing and no hot water. Absolutely everything closed and no chance of any qualified engineer to come to my house. I got reply in 10 minutes and I travelled from Burton on Trent to pick up my pump for 11am. I fitted an hour later and we have now nice and warm house and even can have shower. I'm ever so grateful for this Christmas miracle, thank you 😊 5 out of 5 stars also price was very competitive for the part, absolutely the best. Merry Christmas 🎄

Excellent work Highley Recommend, good value. We found our 30 yr old Hot water tank leaking Call SP Plumbing and Stuart came the next day to access. Within 48 hrs we had workers on site, they were clean professional , well motivated. There were some secondary issues found, normal in old central heating systems these were fault checked and diagnosed quickly and efficiently, new parts obtained and fitted. The work areas were cleaned and vacuumed by the team, all area reinstated. Very satisfied, reasonable prices , I recommend this company.
