Garry was recommended to me to fit an outside tap. Since then he has completed lots of jobs for us including cleaning and re sanding/sealing the block paved drive, fitting a handrail, rotary washing line, a key safe and other jobs. Garry is reliable, friendly, turns up on time and works non stop often spotting and completing other jobs too (such as clearing the guttering) He always leaves everything tidy and nothing is too much trouble, rates are also very reasonable yet high quality materials and work. I have already recommended him to friends who have also been impressed with the work carried out. We have already agreed on more jobs and will be booking Garry again in the future.

Have used top job on two separate occasions for a wall and slabbing, we are extremely pleased with the finished result and found Gary to be a very nice, accommodating person. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I were lucky enough to come across Jim a few years ago when we asked him to fit some insulation strips around our garage doors. He has since carried out many jobs for us, ranging from painting, wallpaper stripping, picture hanging, replacing internal door knobs, repointing of our chimney stack and garden maintenance. All work has been carried out to the highest standard, he is a sociable individual, a pleasure to deal with, always punctual and we can't recommend him highly enough. We will certainly be using him in the future.

We asked Jim to replace our side gate and are delighted with the result. A very well made, perfectly fitting secure new gate. Jim was a pleasure to deal with. Always punctual, arriving when he said he would and completing the work quicker than he’d originally suggested. And the cost was just per the quote and v reasonable. Highly recommend Jim for gates and all the other things he can do.

I required some woodwork replacing and painting for a porch roof. I contacted Jim, who was professional courteous and provided a competitive quote. All work was carried out as requested and to a very high standard. The team arrived on time and got straight to work. They didn't stop until the work was finished. The plastering was to a high standard and was completed quickly. They also tidied up after themselves and left no mess. We have had a number of plasterers in our house due to it being a "room by room" refurbishment and the Just One Builder team were by far the best. Extremely reasonable prices too. Would definitely recommend and use again.

From the presentation of the quote to the smallest detail during the finishing of the project, our experience with Male Builders has been first class. As others have said, they are friendly, courteous, approachable and nothing is too much trouble. The same can also be said of the support companies they engage. Our project was a rear extension and kitchen installation. The project at times presented challenges and problems which Keith, Ross and Conner approached and solved with skill, thought and reassurance. The project took four months but did include an agreed break for Christmas. Throughout that time our day to day living needs were always the team’s first thought. We were kept fully updated and informed of next steps. We are so pleased with the completed project. The team built and delivered everything we hoped for and often more. We would certainly recommend them for all building related jobs and projects and would like to end by offering our sincere thanks for a job very VERY well done!!

During the design process they offered really good suggestions that worked out great for my family can tell they have a high level of experience. Male Builders attended our home back in August-2022 and carried out a 3 month transformation project on our home. They were given plans of a 2 story extension to the side of our property and turned up on the day, as planned. The ground floor received utility and games room, and the first floor was end-to-end master bed with en-suite and walk in wardrobe. Things to note as we walked through the build; Male builders worked very closely with me and discussed all alterations to plan as they were identified. The communications throughout was so reassuring, and the team were professional. Some things I’d like to call out is 1) their communications was ideal and reassuring for such a large project and fairly invasive build, 2) their attentiveness to the plans, fine tuning the layout and giving advice to improve as we go along was very welcomed and 3) their brick matching to existing and laying skills were very good. Building inspector and all discussions were handled with care and all additional costs were discussed up front. No surprises. I thoroughly enjoyed the process and should I need any further building work on the house, I would never hesitate to go anywhere else. The guys are trustworthy, entertaining, professional, reassuring and attentive whilst working onsite. They made such a large project build seem easy and 3-months soon passed where we can now take stock and enjoy our new home. K B Male builders are an outstanding company - they are polite, friendly, extremely efficient and their work is truly excellent. They were very approachable and nothing was too much trouble. We have had our garage converted into a utility and study this summer, and the entire job was done in 3 weeks start to finish. We could not be happier with the quality of the workmanship; they have transformed the house. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Vance can seemingly turn his hand to any job, and is 100% reliable in completing any task we have asked of him.
