Great Service! I've used Ben for lots of jobs and every time he does a great job, comes when he says he will and is great value for money. I've had everything from tiling, plastering, decking and a bathroom refit done and always had great results. I'd highly recommend for all jobs big and small.

Ben has done a number of jobs for us, big and small from tiling our kitchen to fixing toilets and door handles. He was efficient and professional and even sorted out some issues with our heating which had been going on for years. Highly recommended!

I have used BPM property services for some time now. Excellent service provided always helpful and on hand with any issues. Found them to be totally trustworthy and excellent value for money. Amazing job replacing my shed roof, very professional and even helped me out all of the contents back in when finished. The garden was left spotless after he finished the job and the shed looks better than ever. Very fast worker and genuine guy. Highly recommend

Garry was recommended to me to fit an outside tap. Since then he has completed lots of jobs for us including cleaning and re sanding/sealing the block paved drive, fitting a handrail, rotary washing line, a key safe and other jobs. Garry is reliable, friendly, turns up on time and works non stop often spotting and completing other jobs too (such as clearing the guttering) He always leaves everything tidy and nothing is too much trouble, rates are also very reasonable yet high quality materials and work. I have already recommended him to friends who have also been impressed with the work carried out. We have already agreed on more jobs and will be booking Garry again in the future.

Have used top job on two separate occasions for a wall and slabbing, we are extremely pleased with the finished result and found Gary to be a very nice, accommodating person. Would definitely recommend.

Proper Top Job thank you Garry. He started with moving a rad and putting in a new one and then it turns out he is multi skilled so ended up doing lots of jobs that needed fixing. He keeps in touch, turns up when he says he will, cleans up, reasonably priced and a thoroughly nice chap, what more do you need! I am super grateful thanks Cx

Balkan Property Maintenance invest their time clarifying the work to be done before they start. Ivan is easy to approach and always aims to meet the expectations of the customer. The team can only proceed with the work when you have approved the materials and costs. Advise is provided through out the work. I decided to change the private tenants' maintenance property to an HMO in the middle of the job and it was agreed and was offered the right advice hence the inspection went through with no further actions required. You can negotiate when to make payments which is really good especially when you are doing major work. All work is completed in a timely manner and to high standards. Definitely I will use them again.

Amazing professionals, carrying out their work to the highest standard whilst being very attentive and understanding to the needs of their clients and the environment they are working in. Ivan remodeled my bathroom for me. He patiently completed all the procedures and the results are satisfactory. He waterproofed every part of the bathroom to make sure there were no leaks and all the fixtures were installed perfectly. Now I can happily bathe, thanks a lot to him. He also repaired all the damage in other parts of my house.
