Fantastic service from Thai Rich who arrived within 15 mins of us calling as we were unable to lock or unlock the front door from the inside. No callout fee and very reasonably priced to fit new lock. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

I needed three window locking handles assessing. They all needed replacing. This was done within an hour of inspection despite going out to get the handles Service was done in a timely and efficient manner. Everything was done exactly on time and the work was carried out without error. If I need a locksmith again I will not look anywhere else.

Excellent service. Hassle-free. Arrived promptly. Payment method was easy. Definitely recommend. It was an urgent situation. Vulnerable adult inside, and carers unable to gain access. Front Door had been locked from inside, with the key in it. The key lock barrell needed to be removed and replaced with a new lock to gain entry. This was all done effortlessly and respectfully.

BMW 3series-2 Key Fobs new style! My first time using a mobile locksmith and I must say I was so impressed by this particular company..The gentleman over the phone was so polite and professional and definitely prided himself in delivering a bespoke personal service. I’m very fussy on the minor details and the gentleman was very accommodating and provided us with the new style fobs and right colour combo. The communication was consistent from the first time I called through to the end. I ordered 2 keys and had one existing key blade cut(inc new ones). They also picked my existing lock to cut my blades in the first place which is more work. The gentleman and his colleague just got on with the job and were very pleasant. They have all their own kit inc their well kept van. They turned up when they said they would and just made the whole process so easy. They have a customer for life in me and I will always make sure I recommend them to others because they’ve earned my trust and respect! Oh and their pricing is very competitive whereas the bricks and mortar stores just wanna rip you off! They also do domestic locks as well so be sure to contact them for a quote! Brilliant service. Bank holiday and we were really stuck with a dropped French door that wouldn’t shut. The chap arrived in less than an hour and sorted it out as well as advising us on how to get it fixed permanently. Well worth the call out fee.

I contacted Adams Central Locksmiths when locked out of my house recently. I am pleased to report that the issue was resolved within 30 minutes of calling on a Sunday evening. Although resolved relatively easily with the correct tools, the cost represented excellent value for money against comparable quotes obtained by local companies. Would highly recommend!

We had a security breach at one of the Rental properties last night, spoke to Luke at The Lock Surgeon for urgent lock replacement which he arranged within an hours notice, replaced the lock in a very reasonable and easily affordable cost even though it was an emergency call out. Reliable, efficient and trustworthy. 100% Recommended.

I'd locked my garage door key inside the garage by accident. Luke, from this company, did an excellent job - he managed to get the door open without breaking the lock. Highly recommended! We needed to replace our front door euro cylinder after shops had shut and had no key to get into our garage either so gave Halesowen Locksmiths a call. Kain gave a fair quote, was round within 30 minutes and had the garage open and the front door lock replaced in under 15 minutes. Fantastic service, if we ever need a locksmith again we wouldn't use anyone else.

Brian was super helpful. I needed an emergency locksmith on a Saturday morning as my mum was locked in her house and carers couldn’t get in to give her her medication. Brian was so prompt and caring which was definitely needed in this moment. He was over within the hour, solved the problem and dealt with my distressed mum! Highly recommend him. Mr Brian Carter was extremely friendly, competent locksmith. We had a complicated issue with the door. It had a broken gearbox. Replacement gearbox and faceplate did not fit. It needed modification. Mr Carter had to modify the gearbox which he performed expertly and made the locking mechanism as good as new. Mr Carter was extremely polite, had excellent attention to detail, was intent on perfection. Extremely trustworthy trader. Ive saved his name for future reference. Highly recommended. Services were excellent value for money.

CT locksmith communicated very quickly, and was able to fit me in the same day, even though I did not have an emergency. Our technician was Jessie, and she was professional and quick to assess the problems with our three locks. After suggesting several alternatives for one door handle that needed replacement, she quickly completed the job. Would definitely recommend the service.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I needed a replacement padlock key as mine was damaged. Quoted me £12.50 and did it straight away. Also took card payment, which was good.

Cant thank these guys enough, had a security key was quoted £80 these guys did it for just £15, had it done initially at another store elsewhere, took it several times to them, did an awful job. Charlie and Matt took there time to assess the key in detail and took a logical approach rather than cut the key without assessment, guys ensured key was cut for perfection, works amazing will be back again for new set.

Front door lock had become very loose and unsafe. Dean came out within the hour to check and secure it, he identified the problem, he gave me a good quote and was very polite and professional. The work was completed the next morning, Dean was on time and completed a new lock and door handles for me in under an hour.
