After we were broken into I found Tony via a Google Search. He was here within an hour of me phoning ! He was friendly, helpful and had lots of useful advice for the type of security we needed. His knowledge and professionalism gave me peace of mind, which is priceless, but he was also very reasonably priced (especially for a Sunday). Highly recommended.

Steve was friendly and professional and replaced the mechanism in my Parent’s door that wouldn’t open. The whole process took four hours from my phone call to the repair and this included an hour getting a part. Excellent service.

Communication with Rick was excellent. After leaving a message on his answerphone, he got back to us very quickly and came the following day. He expertly adjusted our mortice lock which had jammed. A massive thank you to Simon for attending at short notice - day before Christmas eve I couldn't get into my house as the gearbox in my door had failed- as simon explained to me they do fail and ware over time. Giving Christmas was less than 48hrs away and been locked out is not the best feeling I can honeslty say and you do panic. Simon was recommended highly by my nabour. From the phone call to simon and the arrival time to my property - honeslty was no longer than 15 minutes - super He got the job done very quickly and very professionally. As we was locked out simon resured - that he will get us into our home regardless. And not to panic & either way he sort it & fair play he did. he got the door open with no damage - and replaced the gearbox - he also re drilled my door as the lock was abit catchy - as he explained to me that the last person who fitted the door with the locks didnt do the best of jobs. But he put it write and made it spot on so the lock slides in and out with ease so if i ever needed in the future to change the locks who ever does it wont struggle. Also simon relined my door and made sure it was all how it should be 👍 As over the years they move drop and become abit loose. So simom relined door and all mew fixtures and fittings are nice and tight again. & - feels like brand new. I lost my house key on a Friday evening, in a panic I Googled locksmiths near me & Chase Locksmiths Ltd were the first company I found. The boss was unable to attend as he was on a job. He sent his son who arrived within 30 mins. I have a high security door & he was unable to pick it. There is a specific pick that is required to force open doors like mine. Luke said his Dad would do it for me the following day. I booked into a hotel & had one last attempt at finding my keys. I found them, they had fallen into a space under the passenger seat (I tore my hand to pieces digging around, basically inside the cars chassis). I phoned the boss & apologised, I felt like a right **** head. I offered to pay a call out fee via bank transfer but he said it wasn’t necessary. I felt impelled to do a review & compliment them on how professional, nice & just what a great company they really are. Thank you.

Simon came to sort my problem in less than 24 hours. It was a tougher access job than your average, but he stuck at it and I have a fully working lock now. He went beyond the basics and did his very best for us. I would highly recommend Simon to anybody.

Cannot recommend C&T locksmiths enough. I was burgled and they took all my keys and left the property unsecured. We called C&T and they came out quickly and couldn't have been more helpful. Mark was so lovely and friendly, exactly what we needed in a time of high stress! He got the job done quickly and went above and beyond what we had ooriginally called him for, making sure that my doors closed smoothly after the repair. (Smoother than they ever have!) We visited him in the shop the next day to get extra keys cut and again the same great service. I can't thank you enough, its true not all super hero's wear capes, some work at C&T locksmiths!!!

CT locksmith communicated very quickly, and was able to fit me in the same day, even though I did not have an emergency. Our technician was Jessie, and she was professional and quick to assess the problems with our three locks. After suggesting several alternatives for one door handle that needed replacement, she quickly completed the job. Would definitely recommend the service.

Cant thank these guys enough, had a security key was quoted £80 these guys did it for just £15, had it done initially at another store elsewhere, took it several times to them, did an awful job. Charlie and Matt took there time to assess the key in detail and took a logical approach rather than cut the key without assessment, guys ensured key was cut for perfection, works amazing will be back again for new set.

Fantastic same day service. Came to repair a UPVC door mechanism and I asked for upgrades on several locks he wasn’t expecting.
