A massive thank you to Simon for attending at short notice - day before Christmas eve I couldn't get into my house as the gearbox in my door had failed- as simon explained to me they do fail and ware over time. Giving Christmas was less than 48hrs away and been locked out is not the best feeling I can honeslty say and you do panic. Simon was recommended highly by my nabour. From the phone call to simon and the arrival time to my property - honeslty was no longer than 15 minutes - super He got the job done very quickly and very professionally. As we was locked out simon resured - that he will get us into our home regardless. And not to panic & either way he sort it & fair play he did. he got the door open with no damage - and replaced the gearbox - he also re drilled my door as the lock was abit catchy - as he explained to me that the last person who fitted the door with the locks didnt do the best of jobs. But he put it write and made it spot on so the lock slides in and out with ease so if i ever needed in the future to change the locks who ever does it wont struggle. Also simon relined my door and made sure it was all how it should be 👍 As over the years they move drop and become abit loose. So simom relined door and all mew fixtures and fittings are nice and tight again. & - feels like brand new. Simon has really provided a Exceptional service with the little touches that make a difference personally. & Going that extra mile As Simon didnt have to do... I lost my house key on a Friday evening, in a panic I Googled locksmiths near me & Chase Locksmiths Ltd were the first company I found. The boss was unable to attend as he was on a job. He sent his son who arrived within 30 mins. I have a high security door & he was unable to pick it. There is a specific pick that is required to force open doors like mine. Luke said his Dad would do it for me the following day. I booked into a hotel & had one last attempt at finding my keys. I found them, they had fallen into a space under the passenger seat (I tore my hand to pieces digging around, basically inside the cars chassis). Regrettably my Dad 's house was broken into overnight. He is an elderly fellow who lives by himself, so the security risk of a broken door lock and his safety were major concerns to us all. I spoke with Simon at 0900-ish and by midday, Simon has visited my Dad and installed 2 new locks so Dad is now secure again. From what was an unfortunate event, Simon has given us an incredible service with competitive price and most importantly he has putt my Dad's mind at rest. In times when we regularly hear of rogue tradespeople, Simon has given us an excellent, fast and trustworthy solution to what began as a very negative situation.
