BMW 3series-2 Key Fobs new style! My first time using a mobile locksmith and I must say I was so impressed by this particular company..The gentleman over the phone was so polite and professional and definitely prided himself in delivering a bespoke personal service. I’m very fussy on the minor details and the gentleman was very accommodating and provided us with the new style fobs and right colour combo. The communication was consistent from the first time I called through to the end. I ordered 2 keys and had one existing key blade cut(inc new ones). They also picked my existing lock to cut my blades in the first place which is more work. The gentleman and his colleague just got on with the job and were very pleasant. They have all their own kit inc their well kept van. They turned up when they said they would and just made the whole process so easy. They have a customer for life in me and I will always make sure I recommend them to others because they’ve earned my trust and respect! Oh and their pricing is very competitive whereas the bricks and mortar stores just wanna rip you off! They also do domestic locks as well so be sure to contact them for a quote! Excellent service. Hassle-free. Arrived promptly. Payment method was easy. Definitely recommend. It was an urgent situation. Vulnerable adult inside, and carers unable to gain access. Front Door had been locked from inside, with the key in it. The key lock barrell needed to be removed and replaced with a new lock to gain entry. This was all done effortlessly and respectfully.

Absolutely fantastic! I don’t normally write reviews but this company really do deserve the praise for the job they have carried out at my house. We were broken into and needed new locks, they were quick, tidy and did a brilliant job. Not being a lock expert they even took the time to explain how the new locks worked to prevent burglars getting in - reassurance you need after a break-in. If you need a locksmith use this company they are amazing.

We had a security breach at one of the Rental properties last night, spoke to Luke at The Lock Surgeon for urgent lock replacement which he arranged within an hours notice, replaced the lock in a very reasonable and easily affordable cost even though it was an emergency call out. I'd locked my garage door key inside the garage by accident. Luke, from this company, did an excellent job - he managed to get the door open without breaking the lock. Knowledgeable in himself, he also uses a wider pool of experts for more unusual problems. The price was good, and the communications were professional, friendly and on topic. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend C&T locksmiths enough. I was burgled and they took all my keys and left the property unsecured. We called C&T and they came out quickly and couldn't have been more helpful. Mark was so lovely and friendly, exactly what we needed in a time of high stress! He got the job done quickly and went above and beyond what we had ooriginally called him for, making sure that my doors closed smoothly after the repair. (Smoother than they ever have!) We visited him in the shop the next day to get extra keys cut and again the same great service. I can't thank you enough, its true not all super hero's wear capes, some work at C&T locksmiths!!!

Cant thank these guys enough, had a security key was quoted £80 these guys did it for just £15, had it done initially at another store elsewhere, took it several times to them, did an awful job. Charlie and Matt took there time to assess the key in detail and took a logical approach rather than cut the key without assessment, guys ensured key was cut for perfection, works amazing will be back again for new set.

Called around 12pm he turned up within 20 minutes of agreeing a time and sorted the job out working maybe 20 minutes. Gave me the options and informative about what was best for security. Even said I didn’t need some work that he could have easily charged me more for so to me proves his integrity and he also gave me great advice for security precautions for me having kids. Guby was absolutely fantastic. My partner and I forgot our keys and were helpless late in the evening. He was incredibly fast and got us in and replaced our high security lock which would normally be super pricey but he gave us a very reasonable price.
