Scary experience having a problem with your front door locking but this amazing team couldn't have helped us anymore. I needed three window locking handles assessing. They all needed replacing. This was done within an hour of inspection despite going out to get the handles Service was done in a timely and efficient manner. My back door lock was sticking and becoming difficult to use. I called James who quickly understood my problem. He called when he said he would having already informed me of the price for the work. Excellent service. Hassle-free. Arrived promptly. Payment method was easy. Definitely recommend. It was an urgent situation. Vulnerable adult inside, and carers unable to gain access. Front Door had been locked from inside, with the key in it. The key lock barrell needed to be removed and replaced with a new lock to gain entry. This was all done effortlessly and respectfully.

Called Osman after our front door was damaged during an attempted break in . He removed the damaged lock which allowed us to use the door again. After messing up the fitting of the new lock had to call Osman again to fit a new lock which was done quickly and professionally and at a very competitive price, I have no hesitation in recommending Birmingham secure locksmiths and will be calling them in future should I need them . Brian was super helpful. I needed an emergency locksmith on a Saturday morning as my mum was locked in her house and carers couldn’t get in to give her her medication. Brian was so prompt and caring which was definitely needed in this moment. He was over within the hour, solved the problem and dealt with my distressed mum! Highly recommend him. Mr Brian Carter was extremely friendly, competent locksmith. We had a complicated issue with the door. It had a broken gearbox. Replacement gearbox and faceplate did not fit. It needed modification. Mr Carter had to modify the gearbox which he performed expertly and made the locking mechanism as good as new. Mr Carter was extremely polite, had excellent attention to detail, was intent on perfection. Extremely trustworthy trader. Ive saved his name for future reference. Highly recommended. Services were excellent value for money.

Randomly rang up this company, Kamran went above and beyond and was extremely helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process. He made sure the key was working and I got home safely. Called CDS at 8pm and he picked up immediately! Gave him a run down of a problem i was having with my vehicle, where the car wouldnt switch on as the key and the immobiliser had an issue. Was given a quote at a very reasonable price! He came to my house within an hour, diagnosed the issue and provided me with a fresh key, as well as fixing my old key. Guby was absolutely fantastic. My partner and I forgot our keys and were helpless late in the evening. He was incredibly fast and got us in and replaced our high security lock which would normally be super pricey but he gave us a very reasonable price. Lovely to have such amazing service - turned a bad situation into a lovely one! Hopefully won’t happen again but would definitely go back to Guby!
