Had problem with front door difficult to open / lock. Richard was punctual, polite and professional in sorting out the issue. Ensured the door lock was working correctly and that the area he had been working in was clean before leaving. Recommend his work without reservation - would not hesitate to use his services again.

Great service! Easy telephone conversation, then I WhatsApped photos over as requested, Richard was at my home within half an hour and sorted the issue with my door in less than 20 minutes (needed a new eurocyclinder). Very friendly and didn’t charge me for a full lock change as he noticed straight away it wasn’t the full mechanism that was causing a problem. Highly recommend!

Very quick and professional service today to change my front door barrel. They even advised me that changing one of my locks would actually be a security downgrade, so rather than change it for no reason, to receive the full quote from me they were happy to leave it as is and their visit wound up costing me less. Communication with Rick was excellent. After leaving a message on his answerphone, he got back to us very quickly and came the following day. He expertly adjusted our mortice lock which had jammed. Found these guys from a Google search and after they turned out so helpful over the phone, I made a visit to their place and got an extra car key cut while I waited. They gave me a number to call to get a extra fob programmed and through that, I leaned by going to the manufacturer was the most cost effective solution. How good is that.
