Brilliant service, called about getting an anti-snap lock fitted. Prices were very competitive and they came out and did the job within the next 24 hours. Prompt, efficient and friendly. Couldn't ask for better.

I needed three window locking handles assessing. They all needed replacing. This was done within an hour of inspection despite going out to get the handles Service was done in a timely and efficient manner. Everything was done exactly on time and the work was carried out without error. If I need a locksmith again I will not look anywhere else.

My back door lock was sticking and becoming difficult to use. I called James who quickly understood my problem. He called when he said he would having already informed me of the price for the work. He had to realign my door as part of the process and charged me exactly as quoted. He and his assistant were both very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience with DGM Locksmiths. They were incredibly prompt in coming out to fix our initial issue and quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining everything in a way we could easily understand. They were patient while we decided on the best course of action, and once we were ready, they fitted the new locking mechanism quickly and even realigned our door to prevent future problems. Called around 12pm he turned up within 20 minutes of agreeing a time and sorted the job out working maybe 20 minutes. Gave me the options and informative about what was best for security. Even said I didn’t need some work that he could have easily charged me more for so to me proves his integrity and he also gave me great advice for security precautions for me having kids. I called Tony at 9:30pm, he answered the call immediately and although his team was fully booked out for the night, he came himself to fit three locks after an attempted break in. After we were broken into I found Tony via a Google Search. He was here within an hour of me phoning ! He was friendly, helpful and had lots of useful advice for the type of security we needed. His knowledge and professionalism gave me peace of mind, which is priceless, but he was also very reasonably priced (especially for a Sunday). Highly recommended.

Absolutely great service. They were friendly, turned up when they said they would, removed my old broken lock, fitted a new one and did a really neat job. They were easy to book - I made a quick call and a booking link was texted to me. I was messaged when the locksmith was on his way and they even sent a link to a tracking page. Very professional!

Cannot recommend C&T locksmiths enough. I was burgled and they took all my keys and left the property unsecured. We called C&T and they came out quickly and couldn't have been more helpful. Mark was so lovely and friendly, exactly what we needed in a time of high stress! He got the job done quickly and went above and beyond what we had ooriginally called him for, making sure that my doors closed smoothly after the repair. (Smoother than they ever have!) We visited him in the shop the next day to get extra keys cut and again the same great service. I can't thank you enough, its true not all super hero's wear capes, some work at C&T locksmiths!!!

CT locksmith communicated very quickly, and was able to fit me in the same day, even though I did not have an emergency. Our technician was Jessie, and she was professional and quick to assess the problems with our three locks. After suggesting several alternatives for one door handle that needed replacement, she quickly completed the job. Would definitely recommend the service.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I needed a replacement padlock key as mine was damaged. Quoted me £12.50 and did it straight away. Also took card payment, which was good.
