CT locksmith communicated very quickly, and was able to fit me in the same day, even though I did not have an emergency. Our technician was Jessie, and she was professional and quick to assess the problems with our three locks. After suggesting several alternatives for one door handle that needed replacement, she quickly completed the job. Would definitely recommend the service.

Cant thank these guys enough, had a security key was quoted £80 these guys did it for just £15, had it done initially at another store elsewhere, took it several times to them, did an awful job. Charlie and Matt took there time to assess the key in detail and took a logical approach rather than cut the key without assessment, guys ensured key was cut for perfection, works amazing will be back again for new set.

1st time I used Birmingham secure locksmiths I will definitely use them again, Usman came out to my bmw, the vehicle doors was deadlocked Usman was very polite and very attentive managed to open the bonnet latch of my vehicle for me to then gain access to the vehicle after using a booster. We were unable to lock our front door and within 20 minutes of a call Stephen was at our house trying to resolve the issue. The part he needed unfortuantly wasn't on his van at the time as it wasn't a standard item (it was late in the evening to get the part) he was with us for atleast an hour making the door secure with parts he had and succeeded. He came back in the morning and sorted the door in 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the service and would reccommend to anyone. Definitely will use Lockfit again.

I called Tony at 9:30pm, he answered the call immediately and although his team was fully booked out for the night, he came himself to fit three locks after an attempted break in. We had a fantastic experience with DGM Locksmiths. They were incredibly prompt in coming out to fix our initial issue and quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining everything in a way we could easily understand. They were patient while we decided on the best course of action, and once we were ready, they fitted the new locking mechanism quickly and even realigned our door to prevent future problems. Called around 12pm he turned up within 20 minutes of agreeing a time and sorted the job out working maybe 20 minutes. Gave me the options and informative about what was best for security. Even said I didn’t need some work that he could have easily charged me more for so to me proves his integrity and he also gave me great advice for security precautions for me having kids. He’s a good genuine guy. Can’t fault the service

Guby was absolutely fantastic. My partner and I forgot our keys and were helpless late in the evening. He was incredibly fast and got us in and replaced our high security lock which would normally be super pricey but he gave us a very reasonable price. Lovely to have such amazing service - turned a bad situation into a lovely one! Hopefully won’t happen again but would definitely go back to Guby!

Brian was super helpful. I needed an emergency locksmith on a Saturday morning as my mum was locked in her house and carers couldn’t get in to give her her medication. Brian was so prompt and caring which was definitely needed in this moment. He was over within the hour, solved the problem and dealt with my distressed mum! Highly recommend him. He charges a fair and reasonable price and not extortionate.

Mr Brian Carter was extremely friendly, competent locksmith. We had a complicated issue with the door. It had a broken gearbox. Replacement gearbox and faceplate did not fit. It needed modification. Mr Carter had to modify the gearbox which he performed expertly and made the locking mechanism as good as new. Mr Carter was extremely polite, had excellent attention to detail, was intent on perfection. Extremely trustworthy trader. Ive saved his name for future reference. Highly recommended. Services were excellent value for money.

I needed three window locking handles assessing. They all needed replacing. This was done within an hour of inspection despite going out to get the handles Service was done in a timely and efficient manner. Everything was done exactly on time and the work was carried out without error. If I need a locksmith again I will not look anywhere else.

Excellent service. Hassle-free. Arrived promptly. Payment method was easy. Definitely recommend. It was an urgent situation. Vulnerable adult inside, and carers unable to gain access. Front Door had been locked from inside, with the key in it. The key lock barrell needed to be removed and replaced with a new lock to gain entry. This was all done effortlessly and respectfully.
