Came out within an hour or so of me contacting them. Able to install locks, cut keys and take payment via a card machine. Ideal! Really friendly chaps too.

Excellent service. Hassle-free. Arrived promptly. Payment method was easy. Definitely recommend. It was an urgent situation. Vulnerable adult inside, and carers unable to gain access. Front Door had been locked from inside, with the key in it. The key lock barrell needed to be removed and replaced with a new lock to gain entry. This was all done effortlessly and respectfully.

Lost car keys on a sunday evening. Rung a few places with no answer or a high price/long wait. These guys managed to get to me in 30mins and new keys sorted within the hour of arriving. Great service & great price. Appreciated 🤝🏽

My back door lock was sticking and becoming difficult to use. I called James who quickly understood my problem. He called when he said he would having already informed me of the price for the work. He had to realign my door as part of the process and charged me exactly as quoted. He and his assistant were both very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience with DGM Locksmiths. They were incredibly prompt in coming out to fix our initial issue and quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining everything in a way we could easily understand. They were patient while we decided on the best course of action, and once we were ready, they fitted the new locking mechanism quickly and even realigned our door to prevent future problems. Guby was absolutely fantastic. My partner and I forgot our keys and were helpless late in the evening. He was incredibly fast and got us in and replaced our high security lock which would normally be super pricey but he gave us a very reasonable price. Lovely to have such amazing service - turned a bad situation into a lovely one! Hopefully won’t happen again but would definitely go back to Guby!

Just brilliant! It literally takes 5mins to copy a key and customer service is on point too so you can’t be disappointed if you give them a try.

After we were broken into I found Tony via a Google Search. He was here within an hour of me phoning ! He was friendly, helpful and had lots of useful advice for the type of security we needed. His knowledge and professionalism gave me peace of mind, which is priceless, but he was also very reasonably priced (especially for a Sunday). Highly recommended.

We were unable to lock our front door and within 20 minutes of a call Stephen was at our house trying to resolve the issue. The part he needed unfortuantly wasn't on his van at the time as it wasn't a standard item (it was late in the evening to get the part) he was with us for atleast an hour making the door secure with parts he had and succeeded. He came back in the morning and sorted the door in 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the service and would reccommend to anyone. Definitely will use Lockfit again.

I called Tony at 9:30pm, he answered the call immediately and although his team was fully booked out for the night, he came himself to fit three locks after an attempted break in.
