Had problem with front door difficult to open / lock. Richard was punctual, polite and professional in sorting out the issue. Ensured the door lock was working correctly and that the area he had been working in was clean before leaving. Recommend his work without reservation - would not hesitate to use his services again.

Great service! Easy telephone conversation, then I WhatsApped photos over as requested, Richard was at my home within half an hour and sorted the issue with my door in less than 20 minutes (needed a new eurocyclinder). Very friendly and didn’t charge me for a full lock change as he noticed straight away it wasn’t the full mechanism that was causing a problem. Highly recommend!

Very quick and professional service today to change my front door barrel. They even advised me that changing one of my locks would actually be a security downgrade, so rather than change it for no reason, to receive the full quote from me they were happy to leave it as is and their visit wound up costing me less. Called Keith Carrier and son out on Monday 28 October 2019 when my front door lock would not lock/unlock, he came to ours straight away as I was due at work a bit later, within the hour my lock had been changed and was working perfect, he also noticed that one of my door handles was broke, he did a repair on the handle which again now works like a new one and he also lubricated my door locks all this was done at a VERY REASONABLE price. I would definately use again and would strongly recommend his services, 5* from me.

A professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced locksmith company to contact, especially in an emergency. Neil has a refreshing “can do” attitude especially when facing very difficult challenges. He arrived on time and has excellent communication skills, especially when explaining the problem to a lay person. He repaired my obsolete door locking mechanism by remaking, by hand, the broken parts and reassembling the unit; in doing so he saved me the expense of a whole new door. Anyone else would have given up but Neil performed a near miracle and my door is now working perfectly once again. Highly recommend.

We were unable to lock our front door and within 20 minutes of a call Stephen was at our house trying to resolve the issue. The part he needed unfortuantly wasn't on his van at the time as it wasn't a standard item (it was late in the evening to get the part) he was with us for atleast an hour making the door secure with parts he had and succeeded. He came back in the morning and sorted the door in 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the service and would reccommend to anyone. Definitely will use Lockfit again.

Absolutely great service. They were friendly, turned up when they said they would, removed my old broken lock, fitted a new one and did a really neat job. They were easy to book - I made a quick call and a booking link was texted to me. I was messaged when the locksmith was on his way and they even sent a link to a tracking page. Very professional!

I called Tony at 9:30pm, he answered the call immediately and although his team was fully booked out for the night, he came himself to fit three locks after an attempted break in. After we were broken into I found Tony via a Google Search. He was here within an hour of me phoning ! He was friendly, helpful and had lots of useful advice for the type of security we needed. His knowledge and professionalism gave me peace of mind, which is priceless, but he was also very reasonably priced (especially for a Sunday). Highly recommended.
